Michael Hopcroft
Re: Hero All-Stars 2008 Professor James Moriarty, aka the Napoleon of Crime, would be suitable for the power behind the scenes of whatever scheme the heroes end up trying to foil. Migelito Loveless himself, "the little man with a great big hate for the world", would also be suitable. Particularly if given a chance to display his genius and ruthlessness. Heroes from two continents are brought together under bizarre circumstances to save the entire universe! dw

Darren Watts
Re: Hero All-Stars 2008 Does Caine have DF: White Guy Everyone Calls "Chinaman"? No, but he does have a small VPP usable once per session for pretty much anything, as long as he narrates a scene in which Master Po teaches him both whatever skill or power he wants to use and a valuable moral lesson. dw
Susano
Re: Hero All-Stars 2008 Darren, is there anyway I can get your retired All-Stars to add to my archive? I loved the ones I saw at HeroCon.

Darren Watts
Re: Hero All-Stars 2008 That's... brilliant. I hope someone gets the character that can pull it off. Gino in our playtest did just fine. He also had an audio file of the theme music, since he knew who he was playing in advance. I'd tell you what he used it on, but it'd give away the plot. A lot of the characters have some weird skills or powers- I really tried this year to put the Hero System through it's paces. Holmes' deductive skills are bought as Telepathy and Clairsentience with a bunch of limitations, and Tonto has Retrocognition based on his mad tracking skillz. The Lone Ranger's guns are TK only, since he never ever actually shoots anybody but is death on wheels for shooting foci. dw
