I would like to create a spell for my bard of reading people's minds to extort 25% of their knowledge every time I cast the spell. The goal is to my bard gaining knowledge quickly. I have a nagging suspicion that you can't get skills via transform though. You generally can't use Transform on yourself at all per RAW, to gain any abilities/Powers. BlueCloud2k2 Posted May 28, 2014 Report Share Posted May 28, 2014 A low grade VPP for skills/levels along with a Drain power for Skills, limitation on the VPP to only allow skills that have been drained. That would give you a basic knowledge in any skill they had. Consider what would happen if you find out that aliens are taking control of the local city council, and the Secret Service has over 2000 undercover agents in your area just to contain the threat. Let alone when you find out about the mass teleporter being built and the plans to nuke the place if it's ever completed. Note that if the above all sounds a bit paranoid, maybe it is.
