All I can say is figure how hard you want your Uber-super to trounce the PCs (or is the uber Super the PC) and build accordingly.

Re: Ability Guidelines for Cosmically Powerful Characters (6e) 1) I think Champions Beyond will cover that. 2) Yes they do count as Characteristics 3) The former tends to trounce the latter 4) these characters have examples on this forum at different power levels. so there is no specific answer for that.

Re: Limited FTL Travel a Stargate has ony different version of the Gate advantage than is written in the books, because Stargates are effectively only "one way at a time" travel.

Inspired by another thread, I was thinking What hangups would almost everyone in a particular campaign (PCs, & NPCs alike) have? so - in Modern America, vs Ancient China, vs say humans in the Star Trek universe - or whereever, would they differ, if so how?

Re: VPP active point costs but a cosmic power pool will allow the character to bring a large range of NND attacks, entagles, area affects, affects desolids. making him able to affect people in ways that a straight AP cost just doesn't represent

Re: Uh, other - don't know what to call it orr you could have Aid . Trasfer to Ablative Defense on a Trigger - defined to last only until the next Aid (to END Stun Body) which may be defined as must immediately follow the first Aid (Transfer)
