Ehh, if you share a house with a cat, you get used to the monarchy system of government.

I'd like for someone not named Cleveland and Golden State to win or at least make the championship at this point.

SO, we need another polio stricken President, so that we can get a little work done?

You do realize for the Browns it would be Ryan Leaf and Jamarcus Russell, right?

As long as party affiliation isn't addressed. I'm not really a fan of getting too parallel to the real world with politics with this. I play games to get away from these things after all.

Well, I will say I have come to the conclusion the world really did end in 2012.
And, I'm in hell. (it is the only way to make sense of the world)

Apparently, a Yank-Red Sox brawl?
Doesn't that just mean the season's started.

There has been one and only one Star Trek series, and that was back in the 60s. I refuse to believe there was another one.

The opposite for me, but I don't know enough vegans to count as anything but sample size.
Don't count me as vegan, If you are below me in the food chain it's just your bad luck.

I have heard supposedly one of the traits homo sapiens was theoretically supposed have gotten with cross-breeding with Neanderthals was red-hair. Given my attraction to redheads should I be A)disturbed about myself or B)) thank them for their contribution?
Note: And yes, I still write/type Neanderthal with that h, I did it for the 30 years of my life, and am not changing because of "fickle" scientists. Deal with it. Next thing, they will tell me Pluto isn't a planet.......Oh crap.

Yeah, hitting-wise, I am waiting till JUne or so, to be truly excited. The hot hitting rookie in April, has a high rate of being caught up with in June.

Actually that is the fun part seeing future MLBers. When I was in high school, my dad and me saw Derek Jeter play quite a bit in Greensboro, NC. In another park one year, the road team was an Indians team who had Manny Ramirez (but he got the day off). Also saw Moises Alou when he was in A-ball.
My dad mentioned I got to see Don Mattingly when I was a kid, but I was a little too young to remember that one.

Yeah, I used to go to minor league games. But, once I took a 2nd shift job, traveling is somewhat harder (can only go on weekends at best. SO it went from 15 games a year to 1-2). And I generally went with my dad, and he has had a couple of health issues this winter, so I don't think he will be all that fit to travel in the future too much. So, I feel those games are in the past.

No more so than my morning commute when I drive alone in my car to work. Takes about the same time. Much greater chance of injury or death on the commute. Many, many more imbeciles trying to prevent me from doing what I'm supposed to be doing, if not actively hoping I suffer a fatal "accident".

Look at this way. At least it isn't football. "Chronic" is generally better than "debilitating".

The only toilets I see in my dreams, are of the badly cared for gas station variety.

Cobra Commander on Sesame Street.
(ok, I say this because I want to see him teach us how to say the tongue twister "She sells seashells by the seashore")
Note: This makes me evil, huh?

In honor of the Ten Commandments playing tonight, and me thinking about one particular scene:
A room with both your wife and ex-girlfriend in it, will never need air conditioning

Yeah, one of the few things I thought was a good idea. I know Boston catchers seemed to have a policy to visit the mound at least once every 3 batters. And the Yankees weren't much better. Should be no wonder I haven't watched much of this "heated" rivalry, that ESPN likes showing every 3rd weekend, because their games seemed to last longer than a cricket match.

Bradford will be injured before they have to play each other.
