Actually,it IS possible to get 30" of Knockback with a 13d6 attack and 1 1/2 * Knockback.Here's how: (1) Roll maximum damage on the damage roll i.e. 78 STUN and 26 BODY. (2) Apply the above Power Advantage to get a result of 39 for determining Knockback. (3) Roll 9 on the Knockback dice.

    Re: With GM's Permission ... In such a case I'd rule that the maximum number of dice that can be taken from being Knocked Back into a Force Wall would be the DEF of the Force Wall,as a Force Wall breaks if it takes BODY damage that exceeds its DEF.

    Re: WWYCD: Wonder Drug Southern Cross:Would not approve of such a wonder drug being marketed,especially as only "rich people" could afford it at first.Would try to Transform suitiable candidates who can't afford it into 350 point supers,but as the Transform requires a blood transfusion (as he's injecting nanites from his bloodstream into the person) it's going to be a slow process.

The "Paws of Fury" should cost 25 Real Points due to the Hand Attack Limitation,and be 37 Active points (due to the Autofire Advantage on the HA),whereas the 4 HTH Combat Levels should be 20 Active points. Have you considered putting Cougar's END-using powers in an Elemental Control:Feline Powers?

I'd also raise Cougar's CON to 30 (but keep his figured characteristics the same) and have him purchase both Shadowing and Stealth.Not only are cats notoriously good at sneaking up on their prey,but it seems clear that VIPER were planning to turn Cougar into a super-assassin,and those skills are vital for any assassin,superpowered or otherwise.

    Re: I need help with this Character Concept. Suggestions and Opinions. I started up my demo copy of Hero Designer V2 to confirm what I suspected-Cougar's stats should give him a base STUN of 43,not 35,so he only needs to pay 7 points for his STUN.

Actually,I'm with Champsguy.The Champions are not well built (and have the same number of points as the PC's),but are expected to be Hunted by the world's worst villains. What should have been done was build them at various point levels,so that GM's could choose which version to use in their campaigns. And yes,I actually preferred the 4th Edition versions.
