I'd personally rate Bob Scroeck's Warriors character Doug "Looney Toons" Sangnoir as a 36 DEX (given his Fuzion DEX & Reflexes of 12) & he's supposed to have superhuman Agility! I'd say that Cap's physical Primary Characteristics are in the low 30's.

Re: Champs Worldwide: Whaddya want? Actually,there were many different clans of Benadente-some were known for using iron whips,for example.(According to GURPS Shapeshifters,anyway).So you could have both types in the same campaign.

Re: I need help with this Character Concept. Suggestions and Opinions. I've only got the demo version of Hero Designer,so I'd have to send it the Enforcer84 way anyway. And the 41 STR assumes Cougar has 25 STR & 25 CON.

Re: I need help with this Character Concept. Suggestions and Opinions. Shouldn't the "Scent of Prey" ability be included in the Elemental Control:Feline Powers? It fits the SFX,and as the base Power costs END,it's legal to do so. Also,five 3-point skills cost 15 points,not 13.

Re: Special Powers in Power Frameworks Agreed.I also find it ludicrous that Enhanced Senses are not permitted in Power Frameworks,as Enhanced Senses are not Persistent.

Re: How useful would Ultimate Martial Arts for other Campaigns be? I also think that the UMA is a required core book for the Hero System.I'd recommend also getting Ninja Hero as well.
