  1. Villains and Vigilantes more than likely. SuperWorld depending on what they had done with it. I agree with others. Steve Jackson has come out and said GURPS was a mesh of D&D and Hero so it would be completely different. You have to hand it to Jeff Dee for keeping V&V going in one form or another since it came out..
  2. Don't charge points if it's a natura phenomenon or whatever. Compound power of +XX Power: Teleport PLUS Naked Advantage: Reduced Endurance (say 500-600 AP base) - Concentration, Incantations, etc depending on how you want to do that. This gives the GM a write up and idea of what the area is like and of anything alters it (can it be drained? Aided? Transformed?). It's a fixed location and anything else is GM fiat. If you must do it as a focus with a fixed location or whatever, physical representation blah blah blah. If done Mama high and low spots in a similar way. It's not 100% important the players know the specifics, just the GM.

  5. I go for changing the template or even doing a prefab before I touch the source. I have had to on some of the Power options in APG because of the way it's pulled. For example the .hdt file sends the text to the growth file running through an if() that holds the actual values. If that file doesn't have "Semi-Huge" to pull the values from having it in the .hdt won't matter.
  6. That's on me. I keep wanting to call it Ultimate Skill since that's what it comes across as to me. It's Hero System Skills in the store.
  7. Avenger's Mansion, Stark Tower. See if you can find a good Arena map for the Wildstrike gatherings.
  8. No argument there and I agree 100%. I've found a lot of MR. Allston's ideas fit in campaigns, it's a shame people don't take a better look at a lot of his work.
  9. Allston played with holding back XP and giving mystery abilities in his Strike Force and other campaigns. That or points towards powers the character may not be aware of. "Well Nightcrawler, carrying 3 people when you 'ported that time didn't seem too strenuous, maybe those danger room sessions are helping"

  11. No it hasn't, that's why I put up what I did in the forums. I'd love to see some of it put in. @Simon - Does the offer of "if you code it, send to me and I'll see if it past muster for inclusion" still in play?
  12. Hero Designer has everything from 5th and the core books for 6th built in. Divination is in Ultimate Skills, so it doesn't come per-packaged so to speak.
  13. Delayed End is in APG, that's part of why I don't feel comfortable doing an all in one. Some people may allow it and others not. Wish 6e templates had the same check boxes for books that 5e had.
  14. I'll see about the changes. While I could change my copy of Heroic6E.hdt, I don't want to take what others may or may not want to do with theirs. What if I don't have APG or ulimate skills? And since some of it overwrites the base as much as extends, giving it to other people makes more sense allowing them to choose what they want to do, not what *I* want them to do. I already altered the Growth class along with the Template to include the Semi- levels. Some things you can pass out, some you can't, unless I post in the Source forum.

  16. There is a conversion guide for AD&D2e in Hero 4 IIRC (may be 5, I'm a bit migraine at the moment). Killshrike has a great translation website for 5th and AD&D 2/3.

  19. It may be the way it was entered into the Store. Note PRIMUS has a 'in stock number' while Road Kill doesn't.
  20. And now I remember why it's doubled. I put the information on the Equipment and Powers tab both for something I was going to work on and hadn't gotten to. Plus since I'm only really working with 225pts I was thinking of just using it as Equipment instead of straight powers.
