True, I could hook up a computer. But sometimes I get my back up about these things and think, "OK, you don't want me as your customer. So go pound sand."

AC is definitely worth collecting for Herophlies like us.   I had most of the issues from BITD, but I'd missed out on the first six. I recently bought those six and very much enjoyed reading them....then re-reading the rest of the series.

I'd say she looks unusually confident considering her outfit.

I hope Netflix or Amazon pick Agent Carter up. It really deserves to be continued by someone willing to spend the time and money to make it as great as it can be.

I don't understand this phrase "unwanted RPG stuff" you use.  I mean, the words by themselves make sense but in that combination...

I usually get rid of my unwanted RPG stuff through Noble Knight. They've offered reasonable prices for the stuff I've sent them, and shipping to them is free. Just a thought.

If I was writing the show, I'd have her meet up with Superman briefly as he's between ending catastrophes etc, and chat about the tough parts of being who they are and superheroing.  Not any saving each other, not any combat, just moments where they can rest and hang out with the only person on the planet who understands or has insights they can both use.

Or think of it as a very nice payday that's likely to repeat a few times.

They forgot to mention that they were having Supergirl come over from Earth-?? so she could fly out to space and use her Super Breath to blow all the nastiness away.

Oh, and the EMP issue was taken care of by a metahuman with the power to coat everything in tinfoil.

Really, I'm hoping for a cameo by Morgan Freeman in a white suit as the Speed Force saying "What did we JUST talk about?" the instant he turns around.

Well, I guess at the end of the day they still left a few frames free for Flash special effects in the murder house for when he has to run back in time and change what happened that night *again*.

"Ok, ok! Places people! Reverse Flash, you come in from the right and try and kill her.  Flash number 1 - come in and save Young Barry. Put up your hand to ward off Flash number 2 before saving us.  Flash 3 - now you come in and deck Reverse Flash in the snozz.  Ok, Flash 2 - your part of the plan now is instead of getting closure by holding her in her dying moments and letting her know we're safe you get erased from history. Cool? Cool.  Alright since we ALL know how well stopping the murder worked out we're on to Flash 4 - attack Flash before he decks Reversie.  Flash's 6 and 7 - intercept Flash 5 when he changes his mind again.  Flash 8 through 10 - watch out for Jay and Wally this time."

"Remember, people, half of us are time remnants now so Flash 11 and 12 - you're wraith bait.  Let's move, we only have infinite more times we can do this to get it right!"

I think a timeframe was given in Season 1. Fake Wells moved it up a bit (a couple of years?) because he was impatient.

Tricky. Maybe that's why there were no newscasts (except local). Everybody is back on UHF.

It seems to me that the beginning of next season may turn into a trainee / B-team arc. I think Curtis may start to train up, and it's possible they'll reintroduce the teen girl who stole Black Canary's ID. It's also possible that Barry wiped out their continuity in Flash.

What incentive is there for someone to dig his own grave for the guy pointing a gun at him? He isn't killing you RIGHT NOW. He might kill you (or get you killed tomorrow or next week), but for the moment, you're still alive.

Yeah, and I don't really expect Zoom to abruptly murder most of the cast of the show. But in terms what you might actually expect of a superfast psychopath? That's one way to go. What I really want is just to have the protagonists show a little intelligence. So, yeah, they captured the lesser threats and drove Zoom away. Do they talk about (or show ANY evidence of having considered) what to do if Zoom comes back (as he clearly could do, given how easily he escaped)? No. Instead, they decide to have a dinner party and just ASSUME the threat is over. That was just stupid.

The recurring villain is a classic trope (and not just in comics). And it's one I've grown incredibly tired of, primarily because bad tv writers so often resort to making the heroes behave like idiots so the villain can escape again and again. But it can be done well, or done poorly. And the Flash series has done it quite poorly this season.

If our heroes had even given LIP SERVICE to the worry that Zoom might return, I probably would have been happy with what happened. But they didn't. They acted like idiots instead.

I don't own one and I've never personally seen one myself, but the PDF at this link is a scan of a 1985 Hero Games holiday mailer, and it references a limited box set of Danger International which included the regular softcover book, the older Border Crossing adventure, the classic double-sided Hero Games street map with hex grids (the same one from the Champions box sets), a poster, three dice, and a free sample copy of Adventurers Club magazine.  It doesn't seem like this "Deluxe" set of DI was ever made available through normal retail channels.  Note that the order form on the next to last page of the PDF is identical to the one found in the DI book itself, except it has been further marked up to reflect what is being offered in the mailer.

I think it goes without saying that Barry has super fast mental processing capability. Otherwise he would not be able to react to anything that he encounters when moving at superspeed. He would not be able to read super fast or do his CSI work super fast, etc.

Didn't it bother anyone else that:

    a. Zoom can apparently create portals from/to Earth-2 at will? That's one of those unexplained developments that comes from the minds of lazy, inept writers.

    b. Barry just stood there and begged Zoom at the end rather than, oh I don't know, actively trying to stop him? Trying would have had infinitely higher chances of success than standing there like a sniveling child and pleading with that psycopath. Am I supposed to feel sorry for Barry now? It is hard to when he chose to just stand there and watch.

    c. Barry is strangely very upset over what has just happened, which makes no sense for a character who can literally go back in time and change events. He has the ability to grant himself unlimited do-overs, but he doesn't bother?

There's just no justice in a world where Agent Carter gets cancelled while this garbage gets to continue.
