Re: Speedster Tactics lol! Very good dialogue, repped! In fact, even though I didn't include their motivation on why the yacht, this is now it. EDIT: As an aside, they did want to steal something on the water since Millennium City has (had) only one water-themed hero (anyone else would be seen flying). Little did they know that both PCs (Gulfstream and Riptide) were water-themed as well.

Re: Speedster Tactics Um, are you sure you read all of it? This was his first battle. He didn't have a choice. As the GM for the game he's referencing, I would like to point out two (important) things Cardinal left out. First, GRAB was stealing a yacht; the entire battle took place on the yacht. Second, there was a second PC involved. Granted, this was a flying brick who kept trying move-throughs and missed (though when he decided to land and punch, he hit). So the fight was really 3 against 2, since Hummingbird's orders were to take out Hydro or any member of the Champions or whenever a third hero showed up. Since the third hero that showed up happened to be a member of the Champions, she went after that one (using up 2-3 phases of attacks). I do find this funny. Choosing the ground is more when you know what's going to happen as opposed to reacting to something that's already happening. I can just see the heroes of the city making an announcement: No one may commit a crime unless it is within these boundries. Heh. If they were something akin to Eurostar or the Crowns or any 'combat' NPCs, I'd agree with this; however, as GRAB is composed of thieves -and in this case, trying to steal a yacht- this wouldn't work. If it were a group seeking to beat up or kill the PCs, then yes, if it's some group that's trying to get away, then no.

Re: [interest in an online game?] Avengers: Generation 3 Here are three submissions, two are versions of the Juggernaut (a very nasty version and a nicer version) The nastier version uses the armor as a focus, as well as an extra limitation for the helmet. The nicer version can be considered like Dr. Destroyer - always having it on when its necessary. The third character is a Doom decendant (but a good guy). The disadvantages/history are mostly blank because I'm not as familiar with them as I used to be, and if one is approved, I'd like to ask the current players for help fleshing out a worthy background. As a side, were either Firelord or Silver Surfer (former Galactus heralds) ever Avengers?

Re: [interest in an online game?] Avengers: Generation 3 This happens to those using Internet Explorer. It happened to me and several others as well. If you use a different browser (such as Mozilla Firefox), you won't have that problem.

Could you refresh my on the style of play? I dont' *think* it's 4 color, is it a mesh between 4 & Dark Champions? Also, will it be under the same title, or a new one? Note: I'm really open-ended on playing characters. Was there an equivilant to Booster Gold, Blue Beetle or Foxbat in Marvel? Anyone need a good side kick?

Re: Teen Zombies (undead in a teen champions game) Ding! Ding! Ding! Okay, good news! Looking into Fantasy Hero Grimoire, I see that you may summon a 147-pt ghouls (29 active points!) for 4 Character points! (Sure, it takes 20 minutes, and there's a total of -4 in disads, but still). Skeletons and Zombies are 46 AP (6 cp). Now, where do you find a 147 pt ghoul write up? I'm guessing Fantasy HERO Monsters, Minions, and Marauders, but I don't have that book.
