  1. also look to add the everyman skills for the Campaign and may some new languages and area knowledge skills, she does like to see the world, (or is it worlds? LOL)
  2. The Flight is used to let the hero move in 3d in the earth, or to stop a fall once she 'hits' earth with desolidification running. See Desolidification in most of the rule books, some of the drawbacks are bad.. The background is the teen was on a self made path to to being a super. She would have gone on to be a tech based hero of some type, but fate stepped in, half the fun would be who or what gifted her with the magic bracer, and why? Will she learn magic or stay with tech? Will she flunk out of collage? The Bracer of the Dragon of the Earth is a very powerful bit of magic. I was thinking of having it come come out of Asia. I would play her as a young hero that is having the time of her life at collage, when she is not getting reamd by uptight locals.

Heavy Sleeper (points?) Physical or Psychological Hyperactive and/or Speedster Impatience (points?) how common and how great is still up in the air. The great super speedster lines up for a move though and falls asleep, did the hero reminder the stuff? not sure what the treatment is, could be some immobile gear or drug

The rest of the subjects have 'ended' the trial. The hero still has Narcolepsy if his/her stops the treatment. Who ran the test? What is it going to cost to keep getting the treatment? What do they mean by 'ended' the trial? Who where the other test subjects? What happened to them? SFX? spinning and super speed moving/running (any thing 360 is spin around) hyper bio? hmm?

For a damaging attack, maybe a mental Icepick to the brain? a Mental Blast? One more thought, for the Entangle, how about mental paralysis? Takes no Damage from Attacks (physical)(3/4) and Works Against EGO, not STR (1/4)?
