  1. Now why keep the bear at 130 points? and high level druids of the circle of the moon get elemental wild shape too... some of the players in past groups where min/maxers and there is a fine line from keeping up with the other PCs and being a bit OP.
  2. Also remember you can get 2x the forms for 5 points and 1 point gives non-base form 5 points. this is all of the added forms too, so if you have 4 added forms one point and each of them gets the 5 points this can mean the PC can soon have a form for any type of fight.

  5. Mount Rainier Meta Human Juvenile Detention Center, a lockup for kids with dangerous powers that are in the court system. A number of the kids there are a danger to self and/or others from out of control powers. Not a lot of kids are in the center, takes a lot to get sent there... The staff works hard to get the kids powers under the kids control and get them any mental help needed so they can live a 'normal' life.

  8. yes, side effect of fast growing the clones is if you age them to 20 something in 4 years then they hit 100 in 20 more years.

  13. Charges remove the END cost, so the cost END adds the END cost back in. Oh and this spell uses normal damage and not killing so the 7d6 is not as killing as it could look like. This would make it draining to cost a lot of spells fast and also Limitation total number of spells per day with out LTE tracking.

The lower the points the hero has the more more normal equipment adds to the power of the hero. one way is to start with a fair bit of money but low number CPs so a fighter with a great sword (+1 OCV 2d6k 17 STR Min) and a full set of full plate armor (8rPD/8rED 40kg) with the STR to use it is going to be better then a wiz if the wiz has to pay points for his magic and can not use heavy gear with out buying stats that are of little use later and hurting his stats and powers that are used with mage. That is like giving the fighter up to 54 more points to start with do to normal equipment.

  20. note with a mult-power the mage could not do that all at once, you can only move the points once per turn. That would be like saying the fighter can use his bow, then his two handed sword, and then shield bash.
  21. So you are going to be blinded too? Or are you going to need to hit the target to blind it? Also the burning is going to get stopped by just a bit of armor.
