Re: Thinking Differently About SPD That's an interesting take. I never put it in those terms, but it makes a lot of sense to me. It would go to explain why the Flash in the team books has so little potential compared to solo books as well. Of course, this could create a bigger problem as characters start buying "Spotlight Time."

Of course, not all of the powers and concepts will be applicable to your character, but tracing Swampy's evolution will certainly help you find your path.

Re: Special Powers in Power Frameworks I break it for my Ultra-Boy type character. He has Enhanced Senses in an Ultra Slot. I could find a case for several of these, though some like END reserve I feel should never be in one.
