I just excaped the jail I was in for atempting the deathtrap thing. And durring my time, thay forced me into a series of sevear sessons with a psycologist. I will have to lie low for about a few years before reserfacing again, so this should be my last post for a while. Sinserly, Mr. Reginal Wicked, melodramatic villian. (OOC: Did some necroposting because after going back and reading this stuff, I noticed that I diden't get a chance to report on Mr. Wickid's plan, AND got an ideal for a post.)

Re: Thought Experment: Clasic Enimies 2 I might as well start this list... Groups: Geodecients(sp?): Shure, Orb is dead, but that is no reasion for Dart, Diamond, and Ultraviolet to split, is it? Once we find a villian to fit into Orb's place, the group will be as goodas new. The Coruptors Of All: A group of supervillians from another dimention. Thay almost were included in Clasic Enimies fully, till Denis Mahonie (there creator) had to clame that he can run the old Guardians team better than the teams creators when writing the Champions comc book mini-series. Duos: Radar and Sonar: The duo catagory is to filled with husban and wife charaters. Why not mutant siblings (brother and sister)? Hitissume(sp?) and Kawaii: Martial artest boyfriend/ mentlist girlfriend. Solo: The Black Enchantress: It took till 5ed to have a decent mystic villian other than Dark Serip and DEMON. Darkeion: One thing we lack is a good darkness generator. Enimies fron Enimies the Internatinal File: Just to prove that supers are not just a USA thing. Now it's your turn.

Does anyone feel the same way I do, that Hero needs to streamline and unifie there rules on the Feedback limitation?

Thought Experment: Let's asume you have a time machien, a yen for the BBB edition of HERO (in other words, you like the 4th edition Hero System), and the desier to see more clasic villians from the Champions Universe ported. Also, let's asume that you can singlehandedly quell tentions between Heroic Publishing and Hero Games. And you convince Rob Bell to publish Clasic Enimies 2. Who would you include in the book?

Re: The Guardians Project - Lets build the original Champions What makes Dove so hard to do is the fact that I know almost nothing about him (or even if he IS a him...angels are supose to be beyond gender, you know). Unlike Flair or The Marksman, Dove never had his own comic, and if he ever made an apperance in a Heroic Publication, it was after I stoped colecting comic books. With someone like Titan, or Aircobra, I have at least a small amount of fact to work with (in fact, I had a fact which use to be atached to Dove). Or I had a writeup on this thread and I use my imagionation to warp into a Backworld version. I think we can have better luck with the semi-official Guardian Rouge Gallery than my Backworld ideal. At least Darkeon, Thugmaster, and The Dash got print time wan will get print time, not so with Ice Master, Corpse Flower, or Baba Glimmer.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! Sam Spade was a world famous PI of the 1950's (books were writen about him). His decendent, Falcon Spade, is also the evil mastermind known as Maltese. And, yes, he does have a superpower of sourts. He can create any object he wants (Object Creation), but only if he studies it beforehand AND he then goes to sleep. The objects created have about a lifespan of about a week, then disolve into what thay are made of, dreams.

Re: The Guardians Project - Lets build the original Champions You realise that thoes names are in quotes, right? That means that you can change the details to fit your campain. So, if you want "Darksword" to be, say, an evil intelagent and magical axe, then so be it. Just remove "Darksword", and replace with, say, "Madaxe" or "Doombringer". Presto...instant detail change which dosen't affect the villian charater much.

"Darksword": An evil mystical sword who takes and controls a host body. Is hunted down by The White Palidin. It's goles are pure bloodshead, but it rapidly uses up it's host body offen. (An evil Goldan Swordsman)

"Vulture" is a nice name. I'll wait till the Dove writeup is in before deciding what the background of Vulture should be.

For thoes who do not know, Backworld is the universe where all the good guys are evil, and vica versa. 1) "Target Master": A former mafia hit man who specilises in guns. Leader of the group. (An evil Marksman). 2) "Docor Gargoile": A scientist obsesed in creating a reptilian race of supermen, starting with himself. Occasinaly kidnaps women and subjects them to his serim before atempting to breed with them (orgin of Backworld version of "Gremlin") (An evil Gargoile). 3) "Mister Ice": A woman hateing mutant who once pretended to be a hero in order to get close to the orinzation Salvation. It's founder, Cynthia Wu, is now a frozen trophie in his colection (An evil Icestar). 4) "Baba Glimmer": The final product of a breeding project designed to spread the piece and love of the founder of The Love Ringht(sp?), Adolph...well you know by now. Rebelling agenst there hippy ways, she suffers from a curse of rapid ageing which can be temperary restored by draining the age of others. She also knows both 'darkness' and 'light' magic. (An evil Flair). 5) "Corpse Flower": A repulsive female mentlest who reeks of roten corpses. (An evil Rose). 6) "The Machien": A scientist who locks himself inside a suit of power armor he developed and works on the elimination of humanity. (An evil Titan). 7) "Scairscraper": A violent giant able to grab and throw lighting from the clouds. Can reduce his size, but takes lots of effert. (An evil Golith). 8) "Azule": Rival of Baba Glimmer, she can shoot blue energy from her hands. Her orgin is unknown, but has mouthed pro-mutant sayings from time to time. (An evil Scarlet).

Still, would make for an intresting plot hook IF that was the Original Icestar, and that for a while there was a clone who did not know he was a clone as a member. Or, prehaps Icicle (his clepto little sister) might decide to turn her life around in honor of her fallen brother and even use the name. *blinks* Anyone? Anyone? Guess not.

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! This is just up my allie, guys. Red Esperblade The one calling himself Red Esperblade is the combat leader of PSI Japan. An 'otaku no ranger', he dresses the part, carries a standard PSI blaster, and wields a sword of pure psionic ("esper") energy. He is also pasovely telepathic (that is, he can receve thoughts, not send them).

Re: The Guardians Project - Lets build the original Champions Humm...I only have the vagest ideal about Scarlet. What we DO know is: 1) She is a flying energy projector. 2) Her name is Scarlet. This might be a clue to the nature of the energy released. It is certently not because she has red hair, or a red costume. 3) She might be hunted by Holacaust(sp?), as it is her in his arms in one of the covers. For Dove, I have no ideal. Angel in the flesh? Oh, and Golieth(sp) does have a minor Energy Blast in adition to growth.

Humm, are you saying that Proportional only affects the Control Cost of a VVP, right? What hapens if the event which trigers the Proportional advantage brings the Control Cost higher than the total Pool points?

Re: Create a Villain Theme Team! The Purples Mr Purple is Simon Purple. And "Mrs" Purple is his long time copanion David Violet (sometimes crossdresed in his fabous other idenity as Violet Purple-Reing when in meetings within the group, even thoe there sexuality is not disguised within the group itself). Simon is of old monie, and provides the financing of the group for day to day operations. David does acounting based on bank roberies the henchmen do. Thay are both stingy with the pocketbooks, only letting cash go if the outflow of cash would benifit the final gole. There are some in the group who think that it is time for a new Purple leadership, since it is clear that there will be no biological hear to the title. But few know that Simon is a mutant of some talent. And for David, few who attack him/her ever speek about the encounter, or anything else ever again (s/he colects toungs of thoes who attack him/her).
