  1. Blast 4.5d6 AoE 1 Meter Radius. (+1/4) 29 APs Gestures (-1/4) Incantation (-1/4) Extra Time (Dealayed Phase; -1/4) Cannot Be Spread (-1/4) 14 RPs. Standard Effect is 14 STUN 5 BODY.
  2. I think that, because she is more or less a rebellious type, she would go for a quick strike.
  3. I could say that Shrinker would try to injure your PC. My personal thought would be to trap your PC in a car or something that has an anti-power belt and have Shrinker shrink the car to injure the PC by trapping them in a small space.
  4. Yeah... I can't really say for the spells. I maybe just thought that AC would be easier to replicate!
  5. A game that runs sorta like D + D is really simple. NOT. The GM wants to add an armor class like system into the game. 6E was used. I was wondering how to do this for a game. I was working out this in my mind, and I came up with this. 17+OCV-3d6 musts be greater than or equal to DCV+1/4 DEX+rPD or rED (whichever is used). So... a 5 OCV swordsman on average will hit a normal with a 5 rPD armour 17+5-11=11 3+3 (round up for the defender's benefit) +5=11 with this the swordsman wlll use his 3d6 blade with NO DEFENSE. 9 BODY is dealt. BTW, STUN is a non factor in this game and the damage from Blast attacks are converted in DCs of Killing Damage.
  6. This is really now just a heated debate between Chris and Surrealone
  7. The final tally of Senate votes for the rights of Penguins to eat humans was 1 to 99. NT: Reasons that a High School Student may have a 0.0 GPA.
  8. You know that your next door neighbor is a German agent because he responds to a sneeze with "Gesundheit".
  9. Drag Racing across the Sea, Only $19.99 to watch!!!
  10. When he comes to your house and asks you to "unplumber his plumber's butt"! NT: Questions that you would ask to 2016 presidential candidates.
  11. Thanks everyone for the down right great advice. So, now I'm thinking more of my character as Carla, and not a "female character". Female is more secondary than anything, and it may not even come into play all that often!!
  12. I like that. I have never seen that said before in my life.
  13. Personally, I wanted to play a female character because I wanted to expand my character skills, expanding what I can play as and create diversity in characters. This is more a learning experience.
  14. I am going to start playing an espionage game and I wanted to play a female character. This is the first time I wanted to play a character that was of the opposite gender (other than just for small segments of GMing). I wanted some tips on role-playing a female agent. The file is below. Carla the Punisher.hdc
  15. Martha. (In case you don't know the DC Batman v Superman movie.) Returns. Dun Dun DUNNNNNN
  16. You read John Cena's mind and all you hear is his theme music! NT: Other than Chicken, something that could, indeed, be Kentucky Fried.
  17. I would possibly build it as a Multipower. Ground Movement in one slot and Swimming in the other. I did the same thing for a flying car (see below) with Ground Movement and Flight. Use would use Ground Movement and Swimming though.
  18. Honestly this is why my groups share two or three hard copies at the table. One for 2 or 3 people isn't bad at all! Honestly, using 4th edition and back isn't a bad thing. In fact, I still use the vehicle movement from 4E. I run 6E because it seems to work well for me with the improvements on many powers, but don't sweat using 4E or even 3E!!!
  19. Now, this is something that makes A LOT of sense. This is the part that makes sense for a game. Like the example you used, a person that is much more aware (Our Bat) would have a much better chance of spotting things that are wrong. i may use that, but I will stick to my guns on automatic success immediately being something that shouldn't be, well automatic!
  20. I do hate the automatic success thing. Also, I wasn't trying to force the other rolls, I was just using them as examples of other rolls that people put EXTREMELY HIGH modifiers on.
  21. I personally get the idea, but I dislike it. I personally find that it would be much simpler, for me, to half my party's PER roll. Thus, it makes it much harder for The Bat Ninja to notice something and not just notice it automatically. The incredibility of his PER roll counts against penalties, not casual observation. I don't believe that just because you have a high PER means that you notice EVERYTHING, but it does mean you notice a lot. It's like the old phrase "Even the greatest can't do some things". I cannot force myself to give a player everything I am planning for them just because they have a high PER modifier, a high INT modifier, a high Tactics modifier, or even a high Analyze modifier. One more thing. I'm not saying that this idea is bad, per se. I'm just saying I dislike it.
