  6. Re: [PAH] Themed Characters Wasteland Perfectionists: This gang lives out of the way but may control a section or road as to harvest supplies in their vintage leisure suits and casual wear sporting golf bags for their rocket launchers and wicker picnic basket for their lunch this Post-Apocalypse gang of contents are staking their claim in nineteen fifties suburban style. Don't be late for dinner.

  8. Re: Inceptum Terminus: You Decide the Fate! PS: I've really worked on this routine joking with friends and co-workers from upstate.
  9. Re: Inceptum Terminus: You Decide the Fate! Just like the rest of the state is designed to feed the city the boroughs are designed to serve Manhattan. Sorry, I'm from the part where all the real action is. No office, Queens is nice if you're looking for a wife, just ask Akeem.
  10. Re: Inceptum Terminus: You Decide the Fate! You know I would say bring it on, everyone wants a piece of New York if only because the lesser 49 just can't hack it. Every movie who do they target? New York, you know why? Because no other city in the country is worth bombing. Bring it on. Nuke New York, you'll have bums with mind control making you give them change. I originally came on here to say New York has been over done but you know what it can't be over done because you can't do it in. Come on, you ain't got the balls. - - - Sorry, bit of home town pride there. - - - So it's not on the list but if you want to really mess with people try Las Vegas when CES is in town. The city is packed to capacity from people all over the world and primarily from the tech sector. Vegas is spread out but the majority of where people are is very small in compairison. Did I mention it's a box canyon so the winds will just move things around inside the kill zone and slow disapation?
  11. Re: Surprisingly Effective Builds? Did a Luck based build for a friend that used Combat Skill Levels with various types of Limited attached to them. The character never got to use all of them at once but his OCV and DCV were typically higher than any challenge that came at us. This got really ugly when multiple parameters were triggered such as when fighting several henchmen along with a Major villain and they teamed up on him. There were moments when he just didn't want us to take him out because he didn't want to loose those levels in badass.

  13. Re: The Killer It would seem a ridiculous number of Combat Skill Levels and Penalty Skill Levels are in order or depending on the point value of the game a Naked Advantage Multipower. The guns could be built as normal 2d6 Ranged Killing Attacks (+1 Stun Multiplier). Then use a Multipower to give him things like: +2d6 Ranged Killing Attack (Super Stopper), Indirect (Bullet Pending), Armor Piercing, Penetrating and Area of Effect. Points withstanding if you can pull it off I would buy it at twice the value of any one slot so the Killer could get twice the bang for his buck. (This would require increasing the costs of the naked Advantages to compensate for the higher values.) With this set up the Killer doesn't need a special Gun. Just a gun, all the tricks and abilities come from him.

  15. Re: Who homages the Watchmen or those the Watchmen homaged? This thread got me thinking what would modern versions of these characters look like? Not age them 20 years but more in a modern setting how would one reimagine them.
  16. Re: The "Armani of armour." Now all I need is a machinegun that looks like a briefcase and I'm ready to go to the office.
