(Like say, President and Vice-President) There, the stock holders could use the powers of their offices to "trick" Congress into approving the invasion of a Middle-Eastern country. The Evil Corporation would, of course, have already negociated all the important Defense and Reconstruction contracts . . . (Oh, wait . . . )
