I find the music of Linkin Park quite pleasent, along with some of Snow Patrol and Oasis' pieces. But the music that sounds most perfect to me is 70's - 80's Progressive Rock, and the New Romantic/Post Punk movement of the mid 80's. SO, mostly, I listen to that. You know, like the majority of the stuff that was on the radio when I was in high school (or the majority of the stuff that was on the radio when my Mom was in high school). My core listening matches Sundog's, with newer prog metal, electronica, and a fair bit of classical (and soundtracks) thrown into the mix. Fill it out with some jazz, country, and bluegrass, and "classic rock/pop". Currently playing: "Halfway" from Gambler -- Das Geheimnis Der Karten by Eric Woolfson.
