Thia Halmades
Re: 6000 non NGD posts. That's the great thing. I was considering a Reputation Disad. Reputation: Always Honest. You're so trusted within specific circles that it's well known it's possible to twist your own code against you. This goes beyond the normal psychological limitation, because it colors how people act towards you and treat you. Your forthrightness is both a phenomenal strength - and an exploitable weakness. So I have no skeletons in my closet; remember? I kill the undead for a living.

Killer Shrike
Re: 6000 non NGD posts. I knew it was an Enforcer post because he forgot to post the attachment....again! The truly sad thing is I went from over 10 a day to about 10 a week over a year ago and you STILL havent caught up to me yet. As an aside, and to make this at least somewhat on topic for this forum, could you send me the hdc file for Reactor? Thanx!

He spent his youth torturing animals and smaller children. Nothing fatal, but he was often sent to child psychologists or juvinile hall. He graduated highschool, went to college where he found to his dismay that he wasn't the biggest or the strongest. Heck, he wasn't even the most violent. He earned a reputation as a dangerous guy and had a few run ins with the law but nothing that couldn't be explained away as a college kid acting out. He got a degree in biochemical science and joined the workforce. An accident at one of the labs activated his metagene and turned him into a living biochemical reactor. Leon immediately became a supervillain. Now, he's one of the most feared assassins in the world. He joined the League of Assassins in 1999 and has not disappointed his new company. Personality/Motivation: Mercenary to the core. Williams cares not for his fellow man, enjoys killing and can be pretty horrific if he puts his mind to it (Hence his reps). However, he is a bright guy and not a mindless slaughterer of anyone within reach. He enjoys causing pain and has no trouble killing but killing in itself isn't a great thrill for him. He likes money and likes to be in the company of beautiful women. Quote: "This will hurt alot."Powers/Tactics: A close range fighter, Reactor wants to get in and snuff his opponents and get out. He is a skilled streetfighter and uses his enhanced physique to do some real damage before slaying his foes with his Chemical AttackCampaign Use: Thug, assassin, mercenary, secruity specialist; a criminal rennaisance man. Reactor is one of my earliest creations and yet over the years His origin hasn't grown. Odd isn't it?Appearance: Red Hair, Green Eyes. Sturdy build. Leon wears a black costume with green highlights and the "biohazard" symbol on his chest. He wears a green domino mask.
