We had a guy who was new to superhero games and only loosely grasped the genre, but was highly enthusiastic. He had a trained normal who used a bow, and in a moment of thematic glory, he named him... Quiver. The jokes started immediately, and by the end of the first session, after merciless ragging, he announced he would be changing his name. To Shaft. More jokes followed him out the door.
