Pariah
Re: Heroes from All Fifty States The deal with Rushmore was that he was "as adjective as 4 men". Plus I wanted him to be reasonably immune to mental things, since he has the will power of 4 of the legendary statesmen... Speed is pretty much the only offensive power he's got, so Rushmore is the classic golden age speedster, plus its a pun on Rush. Specifically, The Land told Rushmore "You will have the strength of will of George Washington, the wisdom of Thomas Jefferson, the vigor of Theodore Roosevelt, and the courage of Abraham Lincoln. You will be as strong and swift as four men." I think that came across very well. Great job, Egyptoid! Rep to thee!

Split Decision
Re: Heroes from All Fifty States Michigan Wolverine: Good, if kind of vanilla, character. Need a new name. It would be like calling your hero The New York Batman or something. Wolverine is one of the few transcendent characters in comics. Everyone knows Wolverine. So even though it's obvious to the point of being a near necessity, it needs to be something else. Something like the Maize and Blue... I dunno. Or Big House. But there was a Spartan from Michigan in the original version of the 50 Superheroes.

Natural-born mutant sounds good to me. Being twinned is enough of an interesting origin. This/these are well developed, both in terms of powers and in terms of characters. I like their many professional rivalries. My only negative criticism is that SPD 8 is probably unnessesary and would bog down a ftf or online game.
