csyphrett
Tommy Rum is technically a dwarf. His short stature doesn't stop him from committing crimes. His ability to cause people to be inebriated allows him to plunder at will behind a black pirate flag and an eyepatch. CES
Badger
Tex the Kid Once a young kind in 50s America. He stopped physically aging at 8. And in some ways also emotionally/mentally. As he seems in battle to be in the midst of an eternal game of Cowboys%Indians (his favorite game in childhood). His twin Lone Ranger cap guns seem to have some magical property as anyone "hit" by a shot falls "dead" (or forced to play dead to be exact) for a certain amount of time. He has also proven to be somehow unhittable. As like a stubborn kid who doesnt play by the rules merely pronouncing "You missed me, you missed me!" seems to invoke a negated hit. death tribble
At a whopping 5 foot 4 inches Timothy Perkins is the biggest of the group. His name ? Small Fry. He was always made to feel the smallest or weakest so that people would not pick on hik because well, he was small fry. But he got hold of one of Midget Master's gadgets and can now shrink people. And he rather enjoys doing that. Tim is the most rational of the group able to negotiate with some who would take violent retaliation for any slight offered by members of the group. He plays 'dad' to the group offering a surrogate father role to the others which is a great cover for Tex for example. He is very careful with Thumbe-lethal and she seems to trust him. Particularly after she saw him shrink others. He keeps a special cage for Chaos Butterfly and seems to know when it needs to be released and when to be protected from birds for example. It is as if someone or somebody made it that way. procyon

BoloOfEarth
"He's short, he's cheesy, he's very hard to please-y!" (cue obviously fake laugh track) "Ladies and gentlemen, let's welcome the world famous magician, back from another failed tour of Lost Angeles and If-Only-It-Were-Lost Vegas -- Reductio!" (cut applause, even more obviously fake since it starts in the middle of the clapping and cuts off just as unrealistically) Reductio (his full villain name is Reductio Ad Absurdum) is 3' 6" of bad puns, poorly executed stage tricks, twisted ego, and the dangerously powerful mutant ability to transmute himself and others. While his abilities are by no means restricted to changing a person's size -- he can grow wings, for instance, or claws -- he seems to get a particular thrill over turning a person's feet, hands, head, or other body parts either abnormally small or overly large. (The Champions still talk about Reductio's boob job on Ironclad and Witchcraft's "big hair day.") Since these transformations (never for more than 20 minutes, and usually for just a handful of seconds) do not suffer from problems with blood circulation, people had thought they were actually mass mental illusions, but that has proven not to be the case. Contrary to his public persona and general actions, Reductio actually is quite intelligent. If forced into it, he knows how to use his powers quite dangerously -- say, shrinking a person's lungs to the point that they can hardly breathe, or blind and deafen people by making their skin cover their eyes and ears. But he generally takes the "ad absurdum" part to heart and often does things with his powers that are only moderately effective.
death tribble
That is 7. What is the new team ?
BoloOfEarth
New Team: The 3-D Six These six villains were once fictional characters, literally comic book RPG villains, until they came to life one day. They refuse to say how that happened, but apparently it's a short-term thing because any of them that get captured seem to disappear after a handful of hours, only to appear somewhere else, hale and hearty, days later. They're actually psychokinetic constructs of the Cartoon Kid, a powerful mentalist who temporarily imbues his creations with a semblance of intelligence and seeming free will. But nobody suspects the developmentally-disabled 10 year-old is behind this villain team. (Pick an obscure Champions character, file off the serial numbers and rename him/her, but put the original character's name in a Spoiler tag. Bonus points if people can't figure out who the original character is until they check the Spoiler.) For anyone who don't know how to do a Spoiler, put {Spoiler} {/Spoiler} tags, but with square brackets instead of curly brackets.

death tribble
Paul Keller loved the sport of darts. True, people mock it but it always appeared that they missed the point to Paul. He studied hard certain that if he did he could get into aerodynamics and design his own darts and get into tournaments. While he was diligent and his test scores proved good enough, his tutors were openly critical of the idea of using the skills he was acquiring to design darts. They had a higher tolerance of paper planes. Undeterred Paul continued and got into college studying aerodynamics. However the faculty was openly disdainful of darts playing and had it bannedon the grounds that drunken jocks and sharp missiles don't mix well. The local hostelries were also against the students coming in to play any sort of game as they feared ringers taking them for large amounts of cash. It had happened before with poker, pool and find the lady. So Paul had no outlet to show his designs and skills. He continued his work and what he considered his vocation. He even designed his own flights (what the professionals call darts). And companies expressed interest in marketing them. Then came his big chance during an open tournament. He got through the preliminaries and was going to compete against professionals when another player accused him of being 'too healthy for a dart player' and using asbestos in his darts. While it was true he did not have the bulk (ie beer belly) of the usual darts player and was young and attractive, he certainly did not use asbestos in the darts. The authorities at the event paniced and persuaded him to pull out but the Grudge Report stated that the whole thing was true and Paul was banned from all events and treated as a pariah. Paul was devastated and vowed revenge. If he could not compete legally, he would compete illegally. He designed new trick darts and became the Prismatic Flight. Always had a soft spot for Rainbow Archer BoloOfEarth

BoloOfEarth
How's this one for obscure? On the surface, Project: Orbital was simply one of PRIMUS' early studies of how superheroes came about. Beneath the top-secret clearance, however, was a plan to create their own hand-picked team of super-patriots. Agent George Wood was one of Orbital's test subjects. After rather painful year-long exposure to gamma rays, cosmic rays, and injections with various experimental serums, Wood developed relatively low-level light powers, including the ability to generate semi-solid light "refraction balls" that could redirect ranged attacks. Unfortunately, the pain of the procedures drove Wood insane. When he heard that PRIMUS considered him a danger and was going to lock him away, Wood escaped. On the run from the authorities, he took the name Refractor and began a life of crime, vowing that some day PRIMUS would pay for what they did to him. While not a very powerful energy projector, the rest of the 3-D Six like the fact that he helps protect them from enemy attacks. If you have Enemies II, you might note that I hardly filed off the serial numbers from Orb at all.
death tribble
The Stupendous Lightman Clifford Smith would never be remembered or even considered as a supervillain if he had not fallen into Dr Phoebeus's Sun Machine. The good Doctor was intending to blackmail America by making daylight a 24 hour occurance. This would make employment difficult and sleep all but impossible. Plus the fact that it would lead to the death of all squirrels whom the doctor hated with a passion. Clifford managed to trip and fall over into the generator powering the Sun Machine and this caused an explosion which may have killed Phoebeus as he has not been seen since. Clifford came to and now he had superpowers. Now the world would know it had to fear him. Clifford subscribes to the Lightman theory which postulates that Light is simply the absence of darkness which makes heroes question his sanity. Clifford is not the luckiest of individuals either. death tribble
Battlewagon As Communism fell a number of surprising projects came to light. One of these was The Battlewagon. This was a battlesuit designed to be worn by a woman and used in infantry support. The suit wearer would be able to take out armoured fighting vehicles, be able to withstand artillery and bombs and be able to take out infantry attacks. The suit was packed up and shipped back to the States where it became bogged down in red tape between the CIA and the FBI. Criminal organisations however heard of it and decided to use it. The suit was this stolen and used by the Underworld. There is one major problem with the suit and that the neural interface slowly destroys the mind of the wearer as the connections are primitive by Western standards. However the Underworld has always been able to get people to get and wear the suit to support their endeavours. This if you had not guessed it is an update of Juggernaut from Enemies III New Team: One of my favourite villain groups is the Masters of Speed from Palladium Publishing's Villains Unlimited. And guess what ? We don't have a speedster team in the Create Villain thread. Time to remedy that. So the Hero Games Champions forum proudly presents a selection of speedsters for incl;usion in the new team The Speed Kings. The team numbers at least 5 and at most 7. They are all to have some power over speed whether in air, water or on the ground. Preferably no controlling of a vehicle but multiple vehicles or objects would be acceptable. Can we have no speedster in space as that would limit him and the rest ?
csyphrett
Horace Kirk is Flash Step. Normally capable of speeds of three hundred miles an hour, Kirk is capable of boosting his speed by passing through objects in his path. death tribble
Speed King III What happened to the original Speed King is anyone's guess and no one really knows what relation this Speed King is to the original or to his successor who was killed after two high profile appearances. This version can run at some velocity but also has suits that allow him to fly at a great rate and shoot through the water like a torpedo. What is known is that this person gathered the others into a team but it is not clear if they are the leader or not. It is also unclear if it is a man or a woman as they appear adrongynous. steriaca
Then their is Pronto. Other members of the Speed Kings are faster than Rickardo Cortez, but nobody has Pronto's reaction time. (Game Speek: He has a Speed score of 12, and lots of levels of the tallent which alowes him to act before anyone else). And his body deals with fatigue better than even most supers. death tribble
As I recall the particpants were a bit weak in certain areas but could work well as a team. As a result I give you this. Mind Mini This egoist/mentalist can take someone out of a fight by locking them in a state of paralysis so that they stare straight ahead doing nothing. The downside to this is that she has to keep concentrating on the target or they recover and it also makes her very vunerable to attack and being removed from the fight herself. She has had quite a bit of luck or was it the bad luck of others that saw here though this far ?
