How about "best theme crime" for a crime that fits the villain' theme? Like Egghead stealing a golden egg? This could be good hook for a weird crime spree in your hero's city. As for what the award would look like - how about villain smashing some unnamed hero. However this award ceremony would have an extremely difficult time taking off since any villain not honored would feel slighted and let everyone know in a manner that would be appropriate to the villain.
