Doc Democracy
Tranform to Stone Statue. There, entangle you can't break out of. Seriously, what's the point of an unbreakable Entangle? I hope he knows what the player's reactions will be. Throw enough points into any power and voila, you can do anything. Actually, I like this one. The way to escape from the entangle can be described as the manner in which the transform is reversed. Obviously it does not need to be stone statue but the concept works. Depending on the action of the entangle you might want to base it on a characteristic that most effectively defends against the entangle - most entangles would not care how much BODY you had but may be susceptible to changes in STR or DEX.... dsatow
Hrmmm, my advice would be a Major Transform into an entangled person.
Tech
Howabout the following: 1 Def, 1d6 NND Entangle (defined as bacon sandwich), only lasts 1 turn. The character is so entranced by the bacon sandwich that they eat it for one turn. The NND being no sense of smell or taste.
Ndreare
I have been trapped by this very attack. But it normally takes a few minutes to escape.
Lucius
There is of course a distinction between an unbreakable entangle, and an inescapable entangle. Lucius Alexander The palindromedary defines an entangle as an unbreakable rubbery net, and the effect of overcoming it with STR is that you force one of the holes open enough to "peel" it off of yourself without ever actually breaking a single strand. Mister E
The escape clauses are pretty freestyle & loose. A new Variable Escape Clause advantage could be used to extort victims into performing various simple actions in order to liberate themselves. The special means of escaping might be different every time the Power is used.
