Based on the colors he could go as the Patriotic hero of a few Nations or Substates. Red is used usualyl as the color of blood, as in "the blood we had to spill for our independance". Or you could use any state name like Dakota Express. Better to leave off part of the name if it is something like New Mexico or New Hampshire. You're looking for something that is at least supposed to sound inspiring, but might be a little ominous. The name should emphasize his power and importance. It should be something recognizable and easy to say. Since he's seeking redemption, you might incorporate that into the name choice as well. Did he change his name since he 'turned'? The white mask reminds me of the bald eagle, but I can't think of any good bald eagle-related names. I'm thinking something like: Liberator Valiant Vanguard Paragon Minuteman You might want to look over the names of Cold War era American weapons.
