He'll be the OL-less Russell Wilson of the league, I take it. And my defense will be 10 hungry wargs and Shelob (she's my top blitzer, spinning the QB in webbing) SMeagol/Gollum is my QB. Kind of like Kirk Cousins. Sméagol shows up against bad teams. Gollum shows up against the contenders
unclevlad
Well, since the courts have said sports betting is legal...the NFL thinks it's safe to have a casino sponsor. Caesar's Entertainment. And yes indeed, the shield and "Official Sponsor of the NFL" are right there at the bottom of Caesar's corporate home page. From a reach perspective, it makes sense for Caesar's, which also has all the Harrah's properties. They have casinos in 14 states all told. The locations list is somewhat surprising: https://www.caesars.com/total-rewards/casino-directory?_ga=2.229160597.847480687.1546536103-1855393397.1546536103 The NFL is "restricting" the connection to only the casinos, but please. To say that thereby they have no link to sports betting is specious, IMO. Been to Vegas; I quite like going there. A major feature of seemingly every casino is a honkin' big viewing room with multiple TVs and usually a huge main screen. Quite a nice place to watch a game from. Bar's usually right there; they don't care how long you're there and you don't even have to eat or drink. And right next door...is the sports betting desk. Plus, some of them had real-time betting stations in the room, for some classes of bets. Casinos go beyond sports betting, to be sure, but the betting is an integral part of the operations. unclevlad
And now Brown calls Ryan Clark an Uncle Tom for bringing up the crap that he saw Brown do. Which isn't a denial at all. Brown's not killing his career; someone will be stupid and sign him. I think he's dumping a major amount of cash tho. The Masked Singer appearance was months ago, so it wasn't Brown pushing himself. Could certainly be the show's producers, for sure. That sounds quite likely; the dubious point is that we don't know it's Brown until it really doesn't matter. (And I could NOT care less about that show. Premise isn't bad but my god, the promos look so incredibly forced or contrived.)

Badger
I think Pariah was trying to claim "Only Sane Man" status here. Except, being a Bronco fan firmly plants him in extreme masochist territory. Pariah

Starlord
The Broncos have 3 super bowls in the last 20 years. We Bengals fans would love to wallow in that level of 'misery'.
unclevlad
Bronco masochism doesn't even bump the needle by comparison to some others. Cowboy masochism...Jerry. Nuff said. Bengals define the masochism of failed expectation. Bills' entire history can be encompassed with 2 words: Wide Right! And of course, Browns fans. How may we count the ways they've been tortured? The Drive. The Fumble. The Midnight Betrayal! One playoff appearance since the return...and it's 20 years now. 10 disastraous seasons in a row; 7 wins once, but otherwise 5 or less. 1-31. 38 wins *total*.
