Sociotard
Get off that pine pony, it's the Back Benchers Unite Superdraft! I know how Superdrafts work. What makes this any different? Here, we'll be drafting comic book heroes. The trick is, I have here a list of 100 banned heroes. You can't draft any of them. This was a list of Superheroes by comic book appearances, making it a rough list of who is most popular. (it looks like Marvel heroes, and X-Men in particular, are overrepresented, but I didn't make the list and I'm too lazy to make my own.) Thus, this is a draft for the less popular and well known heroes; the back-benchers, if you will. https://www.ranker.com/list/superheroes-ranked-by-most-comic-book-appearances/ranker-comics Alphabetized here: Ant Man (Henry Pym) Aquaman (Arthur Curry) Archangel (Warren Worthington) Atom (Ray Palmer) Banshee (Sean Cassidy) Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) Batman (Bruce Wayne) Beast (Hank McCoy) Bishop (Lucas Bishop) Black Canary (Dinah Lance) Black Panther (T'Challa) Black Widow (Natasha Romanova) Cable (Nathan Summers) Cannonball (Samuel Guthrie) Captain America (Steve Rogers) Captain Britain (Brian Braddock) Catwoman (Selina Kyle) Colossus (Piotr Rasputin) Cyclops (Scott Summers) Danielle Moonstar Daredevil (Matt Murdock) Dazzler (Alison Blaire) Deadpool (Wade Wilson) Doctor Doom (Victor Von Doom) Doctor Strange Emma Frost Flash (Barry Allen) Flash (Jay Garrick) Franklin Richards Gambit (Remmy leBeau) Green Arrow (Oliver Queen) Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) Green Lantern (Alan Scott) Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner) Havok (Alex Summers) Hawkeye (Clint Barton) Hawkgirl (Kendra Saunders) Hawkman (Carter Hall) Hercules Hulk (Bruce Banner) Human Torch (Johnny Storm) Iceman (Bobby Drake) Invisible Woman (Sue Storm Richards) Iron Fist (Danny Rand) Iron Man (Tony Stark) Joker Jubilee (Jubilation Lee) Judge Dredd (Joseph Dredd) Juggernaut (Cain Marko) Kid Flash (Wally West) Lex Luthor Loki Luke Cage Magik (Illyana Rasputin) Magneto (Max Eisenhardt) Martian Manhunter (J'onn Jonzz) Mister Fantastic (Reed Richards) Ms. Marvel (Carol Danvers) Mystique (Raven Darkholme) Namor Nick Fury Nightcrawler (Kurt Wagner) Nightwing (Dick Grayson) Phoenix (Jean Grey) Polaris (Lorna Dane) Professor X (Charles Xavier) Psylocke (Betsy Braddock) Punisher (Frank Castle) Quicksilver (Pietro Maximoff) Rachel Grey-Summers Red Arrow (Roy Harper) Robin (Tim Drake) Rogue (Anna Marie) Sabretooth (Victor Creed) Scarlet Witch (Wanda Maximoff) Shadowcat (Kitty Pryde) Shazam (Billy Batson) She-Hulk (Jennifer Walters) Silver Surfer (Norrin Radd) Spider-Man (Peter Parker) Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew) Starfire (Koriand'r) Storm (Ororo Munroe) Sunspot (Roberto Da Costa) Supergirl Superman (Clark Kent) The Phantom (Kit Walker) Thing (Ben Grimm) Thor Venom (Eddie Brock) Vision Warpath (James Proudstar) Wasp (Janet Van Dyne) Winter Soldier (Bucky Barnes) Wolfsbane (Rahne Sinclair) Wolverine (Logan) Wonder Girl (Donna Troy) Wonder Man (Simon Williams) Wonder Woman (Diana Prince) UPDATE: We'll use the Comicvine.gamespot.com data. Sociotard
Yes, it was very marvel heavy, especially x men. Maybe I'll take another look and make a better list on my own. before tomorrow. EDIT: Aaaand nope. too tired. Just go with the list, and maybe try to go with the spirit of the draft? Eh, it'll be fun anyway.

csyphrett
I meant to ask Soc. Is this strictly DC/Marvel because none of the Red Circle/MLJ guys or the Public Domain guys taken for Project Super powers is on your list CES
Sociotard
Strictly comic book, but other publishers are okay. Nobody with more than 1000 appearances on their comicvine character page.
