Also, judging from what I can see, they will be introducing/crossing over with a Doom Patrol series (Titans is in post-production, Doom Patrol in Pre-Production). Christopher R Taylor Posted October 4, 2018 Report Share Posted October 4, 2018 I really like Nightwing, but that's mostly because of Chuck Dixon's exceptional work on the solo series, and the amazing art by Scott McDaniel. Under a lesser writer, I'm not sure they can handle the character well -- clearly they have a very different take on the guy in this show. It seems likely to me that the Robin bits are flashback or setup, that when the team gets together for real he'll be Nightwing to set himself apart from Batman who he dislikes, apparently.
