Pariah
1. Kitty Pryde. Of the five finalists, she's the one least likely to leave a potential sidekick needing a lifetime of therapy. 2. Booster Gold. I would love for him to take on a sidekick. And then another. And then another. Pretty soon, we could have a Booster Gold Corps, kind of like that thing the Green Lanterns do. Let's make this happen! 3. Lockjaw. Today's young heroes are all mouthy and loquacious. They could use a role model to show them how the strong, silent type does it. Lockjaw would be perfect for this, even though, as Cancer has pointed out, he's technically a son of a b****. 4. Colossus. Today's young heroes are also incredibly filled with angst. They need someone who can teach them how to wind down properly. Read a poem. Paint a portrait, or landscape. Go out behind the mansion and smash boulders for half an hour. Whatever. It's all about how you deal with the stress. 5. Raven. I'm sorry, but, there's no way this turns out well. For anybody. Anyone Raven takes on as a sidekick is 99.7% likely to end up huddled in a corner mumbling gibberish to themselves eventually. I know it. You know it. Even Raven knows it. archer
Booster Gold - The new gold standard for comic book mentors Raven - No one has more dimensions than her. Been to more dimensions than her? Has more demon scions than her? More demons in her? Lockjaw - Lockjaw, Lockheed, Loch Ness? A solid lock on third place. Kitty Pryde - Do kitties really have pride? Not according to YouTube cat videos I've seen. Colossus - At least he's the one X-Man who knows how to iron his pants .
