  1. Well I can read, so there's one more thing I could do! LOL
  2. artists editors writers designers proofers and most of all: a main publisher who will coordinate and oversee all this with a single vision and whip cracking to get it all together I'm no artist, can write and edit if needed, could design characters if needed, not sure what a proofer does (so I'd probably do no good there) and have no publishing experience. I am however, out of work since 2012, love the Hero System, Champions, and supers in general. And am willing to work for free! So give me something to do on this project! (please, I'm bored and begging you!)
  3. I only have two words for the HERO haters... Their Loss!
  4. Yes it's available here at rpgnow http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/81600/Champions-Universe?term=champions+universe
  5. Well I had to have it all of coarse! Been saving up for this since it was first mentioned here on the forums. I have the original book and this will be one of the best $100 I've spent!
  6. Just made my pledge! Feels good to be backing this project!

    G.O.S.H.

Knew I had that 4th edition book, just had to find it. Anyway, here's what you're looking for I believe!
  8. Any word on when this will go live? Need to plan out my cash, got a very fixed income and may have to say to he!! with other bills!
  9. These came out great! Would definately like to see more, especially originals. Can always use good pics of supers.
  10. Sounds and looks like it was a good time!
  11. I've purchased SMASH, and Dynatron. Really like both, and will be working them into my campaign more. I for one, would be interested in the shared orgins continuing.
  12. Even though its written for Dark Champions, I have based my campaign in Hudson City. I left everything as written, and just added real supers. Gives the supers a real world feel behind them. However, they are usually too busy with the bigger bad-guys to mess with the lower powered, that is usually left for the street level vigilantes, sometimes a super or two wind up involved with happenings in the city. Those times are when only one or two of the players can make a session. My group has travelled to most of the published cities at one time or another.
  13. Thanks for the suggestions and export template Hyper-Man, works great!
  14. Been awhile since I posted anything useful on the forums, (and some may say still haven't aftere reading this! LOL) so I thought I'd share the following. I was looking for a villian to put into a specific storyline, and remembered the Ram from Enimies of San Angelo. Don't know why, but I've always liked this guy. No particular reason, he's not that spectacular really. Anyway, I took out and dusted off my copy of the book, opened my HD, and this is what I came up with for 6E for him. I did this awhile ago, but if I remember correctly, I didn't have to make many if any at all changes as he pretty much came up to 400 pts as it was. 15. I got a kick out of this, and may create some baddie to go along with this idea. So I thought I'd make a prefab of Marcus Impudite's Christmas Themed Arsenal that he came up with for when I figure out who and what to create. Figured there may be others that may want to give it a shot, so here it is! Thanks Marcus! Christmas Themed arsenal.hdp
  16. Victory Peak? Hmmm, visions of Laura Parker, Twin Peaks, and Bob have flooded my brain!! Could easily incorporate some of the plot-lines (minus the super-natural influences). A mystrious murder, multiple plot twist, a super-powered madman... could work into a good storyline or side plot. Heck, I just may use this!
  17. Absolutely true about Hermit doing the legwork. However, just like building a new house, all people see in the end is the paint job! So, looking at the finished product of both your labors, I was impressed. That sound better? LOL
  18. Wow! BoloOEarth took a great thing being done by Hermit, and made it awesome! Love the way Hermit's been doing these characters, and was blown away with BoloOEarth's pdf setup of them. The pics add a ton to the write ups. PDF almost feels like its short bios of real people with those pics. Hope you both keep this up for the entire 50. Thank you for all the work you both have done and shared, it will save many of us a ton of work.
  19. Hello, been around a little while anyways, but here ya go! How did you come up with your 'handle' (forum name)? It's my initials and my birth year What was the first tabletop RPG you played?D&D back in '79-'80 What was the first tabletop RPG you GMed?same as above What are you currently playing/GMing?Champions of coarse, occaisionally some Dungeon Crawl Classic, and a WWII miniatures game called "Flames of War"
  20. Very nice! Love making things out of cardstock, and if it gets crushed...make a new one! Very useful! Thank you!
  21. Just a thought! The artwork for characters could be done using hero machine, free and easy to use, not sure about any copy right laws hough. For a fan created pdf, I'd settle for this type of artwork. At least there'd be a representation of the character that could be seen.
