Badger got a reaction from Duke Bushido in Star Trek (The Original Series): What's the Best Episode?
In a lot of ways I liked Pike over Kirk.
Regardless, both were well above Picard and any atrocity of a captain after

Qatal alghawl (what I got from google translation to arabic and converting back to english gave me ghoul assassin, so a better translation could be welcome).
A Muslim addition, his parents and sister were taken by ghouls when a child. Obsessed with hunting ghouls and similar entities. HE is a warrior who relies on quick strikes and swift ambushes to take these creatures down.

I'd definitely follow goateed Spock as my leader.

Though I did disagree with McCoy somewhat. Pacifist aren't the first to die. The first are the ones who come to their defense in my experience. Just saying.

Oh and the Garth episode always left me conflicted:
Green scantily clad Yvonne Craig=hot
Green scantily clad Yvonne Craig with a knife=I am a little scared
Note: And come on you blow up the only woman on the planet.

Yeah no problem with the overall. Can't have every turn out great, especially judged a generation or 2 later.

I admit a failing of mine is to defer to eye for an eye over turn the other cheek.
Edit: mother and me have had many discussions over that. Right or wrong, I am not really wired to let wrongs go unanswered, especially after high school experience.

And Robert's. Though unlike the others who I believe legitimately vote on belief. I think he votes for the side that intimidates him more at any given moment. The man disgust me quite frankly. I actually respect the other 8 though.
At least agree or disagree the only way I have been able to interpret his arguments.

Interesting I was trying to think of a character that used verses as an ability.

Telum Sanctus
His history is a secret, but the man who is known only as the Holy Weapon by the Vatican is called upon when dire demonic threats arise. His body is covered in tattoos of verses and proverbs that provide him protection from the evil forces he battles. He is also armed with the Sword of the Spirit representing the Word of God and is capable of slaying demons in whatever foul shape they take upon this plane.

Don't be fooled. No matter who wins, America loses.
Nothing is going to get better till at least 2024.

Badger got a reaction from death tribble in Create a Hero Theme Team!
The stone golem named now by the group as "Jacob the Rock" was created in the 19th century to protect Jews in Russia from the pogroms. He usually used as an assistant of sorts on missions. Often tasked with bodyguard duty to Eliza.
8 foot tall and made of stone. Yet still with peak agility and flexibility when activated. And does have individual thought to make him as good a warrior as possible (though doggishly loyal to his teammates). He does need to be deactivated for a few days every month to maintain peak ability. (Which does leave him vulnerable, if not protected)

I've got 2 ideas (second still working on). The first.
Eliza Corey, age 20, is one of the younger members. From a deeply religious Christian family from a more sparsely populated part of Maine. She supposedly has a genealogical connection to the famed Giles Corey.
She has 2 God-given powers. The 1st is to sense the presence of any malevolent entity or energy in an area no matter how well hidden. Her 2nd is the ability to bind/paralyze the entity. How long depends on the strength of the entity.
Without any offensive abilities she is often accompanied by another member, as a bodyguard of sorts on missions.

Could another possibility be that it maybe has mutated towards less deadly?

Badger got a reaction from Matt the Bruins in [Police brutality] American injustice, yet again.
Well I wasn't bothered by it. Not sure I Agreed (At least wholesale, might be more complicated the reasons, and not one to fit in one post). But it is a wholly negative attitude that needs to be gotten rid of. It is one reason I am not critical of all the police resignations. If this what your attitude, regardless of the reason, it is time to quit. You would serve the people by being gone.

I got to lead the men of a besieged fort. My 2nd in command being Stormshadow and he brought a handful of CobrA troopers (I have seen too many black masks lately). I also had 2 of the Constucticons.
Unfortunately, the rest of my enlisted were: Spongebob, Moe, Larry, and Curly. As well as Bronson Pinchot from Perfect Strangers
I also had Edward from Cowboy Bebop. And was going to use her hacking skills for high tech booby traps.
