A suggestion has come up in my game for the advantage Cumulative to be allowed for luck and unluck 5 d6 of unluck would be worth 50 Disad points and the cost of luck would double also When things are good they just kepp getting better, when they are bad they just get worse Example: Psycho the Chaos mage has 3d6 unluck with cumulative on it, a situation arises which he needs to roll his unluck, and 1 dice activates, (a minor small effect). Later in the same episode, he needs to make the roll again, this time 2 dice activate, but since it is cumulative, it effects as 3 dice(something pretty awfull happens0 Would any one out there allow this ? It will be a great tool for the Gm, but has the oportunity to be abused. Any input folks?

If A Pc Has auto fire on STR, and uses a block manuever,can he block more then one shot(punch, blast, whatever)? It has never came up in my game, but on the way home from work, the question just popped in my head.

In my campaign, I use BMK mostly as an information broker A coulpe of the vigilante types on the team were staking out a rave, looking for A vampire who mas a thumb on the crime in Chicago, it just so happened that BMK was there also , looking for someone else. They traded info , BMK terrified them into staying out of his way, the jumped off the side of the building and Vanishing Teleported away. Out of game the players were like ...Coool! in game it was like ...I hope he dont show up again. Played right no matter how you want to use him , ay any level , he makes a great addition to the game, anywhere from Street-level, through high powered (Pcs are averaging at about 500 points right now) One team member was hunted by him years ago, Acritical success on an attack did enough damage to kill an opponent, BMK contacted another team mate, and talked him into selling out the first one...it was a great story.

One of the Pcs in my game has a mystic amulet, which changes him into the bear god of the animal pantheon. My question is in your opinion, what would be a good range of powers for him to have? so far i have growth, heightened stats,and some defense any opinions out there?

There is no such thing as an unkillable character!!! A GM well versed in the rules can make any PC cry if he needs to for just a handful of points.

He Has A child who should only be 9 but thru a dimensional fold of some sort, she is nearing her 20th Birthday she goes by the name Glory(yes a super) He was born a mutant, during the First gulf war his powers came to the surface, after a brawl with Baron Gestapo,Until Medics took him in , and healed him, Causing more powers to manifest. While on an inter-stellar trip he was irradiated by some odd materail, putting his DNA in Flux, and at one point he died at the hand of a celestail being resembling a demon. Then can What Planar beings would call a blood war, it spilled over onto earth, The Arch-Angel Micheal Bestowed his life back upon him as long as he would help stop the war, he agreed . When he returned to earth , his powers had changed He now carried a sword, and had wings, and eyes of fire The war took Months,but the forces of evil was eventually defeated,His Angelic power faded, leaving Patriot there with his original powers, he was the real deal, but a bit plane-touched now. He does a lot of solo missions now, making sure things are right around the world. This is the very short version on his history, the whole thing is about 30 pages.

350 My Group like the step up to 350,it alows them to write up a PC that is much more well rounded. At 250 , even a pc as simple as a brick (using a 50 Active point cap) only had 3 skills and the dodge manuver and a license to practice (doctor), If he wasnt in a fight he was next to useless,the extra point fixes that. If you like the lower point range , try this, Run a 250 point game, write up the PCs on 250, with no skills, then give then the 100 to build the background skills,employment skills, hobbies,, then you have the best of both worlds,you have your power level, the 350 point cost, and well rounded characters.
