Re: Mook busting Selective allows him to choose which targets he hits with the AoE... it does not put him in H-t-H range to do it... No Range on the power means that it always starts in the attacker's hex... the AoE sort of gives the power back some of its 'range'... the Must Cross Intervening Space gives it the 'H-t-H effect' as I speculated on in my first post... I did not build the power construct, these are just my interpretations... :-)

Re: Mook busting I believe what the limitations means is that every target that is attacked within the 5m Radius is in Hand-to-Hand range of the attacker when he attacks...

Re: Bygone Champions - Early Editions Empathy is either a limited form of telepathy, if you want to read and send emotions, or a detect/sense if you just want to 'read' a person's emotional state. Sensitive to Magic is probably a detect/sense.
