Re: A New Dawn. 'Post-Apocalyptic' Fantasy I have looked at the characters on this thread and Hero Central. I play in quite a few games there and with Shadowsoul in another game set in The Last Dominion ran by the author of the book! How exciting is that? Of the concepts that I got from ss and my own, I'm leaning towards a vampire or Kerak (either elementalist, or mage). The Tainted, or a Doom is interesting but would likely have as much a problem with Diana as the vamp would. What about a Tainted Artificer? Would it step on the Technomancer's toes? How do we feel about a Kerek Mage?

From the PM I received, it looks like I've got a chance to join your vaunted group, but I don't have any ideas on a character at this point. After reading through, I was thinking of a lizardman geomancer type... Could shift that to elementalist, maybe? I've always had this idea for a character that was a lizardman druid/ranger (but not limited to that). He could cast enhancement spells mostly, but needed foci (fetid water, moss, etc). It is a really vague concept and I'm curious about suggestions.

Re: Malazan Hero RE: Kruppe While I like the Kruppe build, I think I'm not sure I like the precog clairsentience to reflect it. It might work if you better explained the sfx of the precog. It's obvious Kruppe moves in the big circles and I'm not sure the 24 pts in contacts reflects that. Just sayin'.
