Okay, this is going to sound strange. Under 5E rules, movement powers cost END based on active points. Here's the question: If a character makes a half move, how many active points is he paying END for?For example, a character with 25" of Flight (50 AP) moves 13". Now, he had to have the full active points in the power for 13" to be considered a half move, so you could argue he should pay 5 END for the half move. On the other hand, he used only 13" of movement, which would be 26 active points, or 3 END.Which interpretation is correct?
