Re: "Realistic" sanction package You can add an optional KS:Military Law and Procedure to reflect the differences between Govt. Supers and Supers sanctioned by the Armed Forces in times of war. And isn't Federal and National Powers the same thing?

Re: Thrilling Places! My favorites are K'hull Island and Pranamoltar. Will have to finish the rest of book later. Does it really matter if 5-7 people makes post to the pulp threads as compared to the 100's in Champions? That's not a good indicator to show if something is good or not. The Pulp Hero line is one of the few thats actually well done as compared the prerebooted Champs Universe.

Re: Zombie Nazis in the Desert! This reminds me of a 70ish movie called Shockwaves with Peter Cushing about experiments producing zombie nazis that can survive hostile environments. The ones in the movie were adapted for underwater use.

Re: Phantom Stranger I only remember him in a Batman ish where they team up to fight a drug smuggler who uses voodoo. The baddie dies when he tries to use a voodoo doll made of a single strand of The Stranger's hair.
