Re: Heroes from All Fifty States it should be fine. I was looking for a villain in my next game and I was reading Algernon Files, and couldnt believe it. i had totally forgotten about it. Yeah I f figured you had arrived at her separately. I'll have to read both gals to be sure of the differences. I posted what the.... just based on a glance. What kills me is all the people who looked at the contest, (especially me & Mattingly!) just missed it. In any case, it takes away from nothing. Besides, the ALGERNON chick only has a copper dress!

Currents Events, Pal The project got Stunned with No Parry by Christmas, and then back-stabbed by preparations for Marscon, but it aint dead yet. I wanted to commission a bunch of custom heroclix of all 50 Heroes, but my wife overheard me and laced:nonp: my Dr.Pepper with Zoloft till I calmed down. The Unhappy Warrior I wish I had dollar, whenever evil's done, cause when the victims holler, I'd be the wealthy one. But instead I've got this lantern, like it's my stinking grail, and I have this cavern, that I use for my jail. The ring sure gives me power, to put the scumbags down, and to make them cower, when justice comes to town. Oath of the Hermit Lantern, circa 3950 Post-Atomic.

The basic system is heroclix, but I've dumbed it down so it plays quicker, and has less options. Stupidly I forgot to take pix DURING the fight. But there was alot of explosions. this has cost me about $120, getting custom figures painted, finding a Care Bear that was in scale, new inkjet cartridges, etc, but its worth it. Maybe someone can write up how this would work as a one-off convention game for Hero System?
