A quick scan doesn't seem to show any editor specific data though.

Trump now approaching 1/4 of a Cosby Unit. A Cosby Unit is roughly 40-60 accusers. 10 Cosby Units equals roughly 1 Savile, after the notorious Jimmy Savile, who has the dubious/infamous distinction for being the all-time record holder for most alleged sexual assaults/molestations by a public figure or celebrity(450, according to wiki).

Impossible to say.  Bernie Sanders was treated with kids gloves throughout the entire primary.  Hillary knew she would need both him and his followers so she never got too deep into mudslinging.  The Republicans treated him with kid gloves because he was hurting Hillary so it wasn't in their interest to undermine him.

Bernie Sanders is both a human being a career politician.  To be human is make mistakes and to be a politician is tell lies and to make compromises.  These are just facts of life.  Please don't think that he is a saint.  Saints don't make it into congress much less spend 25 years there.  Just because we don't know what his sins have been does not mean that he is completely free of them.

Based on his behavior during the campaign I am inclined to believe that Bernie Sanders is a good man, but a good man the same way that Hillary Clinton is a good woman.  That is to say a good man in spite of flaws, not a good man in absences of flaws.

No.  According to NPR the sex tape that he is referencing doesn't exist.  Of course being the good, thorough journalist that they are they had to watch a number of other sex tapes make sure that they weren't the one.  You know, just to be responsible.

I like all the CW superhero shows. I realize that there have been legendary comic book stories along the way; stories that are real landmarks. Most of them are not. I consider the CW shows on par with following a monthly comic. You're going to get episodes that range from brilliant to blunder. I've found them much more watchable than the endless cycle of "reality TV", criminals as heroes, hokey sitcoms, and yet another police procedural shows.

I'm OK with villains dying in the Marvel movies, as long as the heroes lose all their Karma.

Granted. Doesn't make it right. She does not (nor any of the people you mentioned) deserve to be considered some sort of folk hero. They were criminal scum.

Well, as I understand it, John Dillinger was viewed as a sort of folk hero in his own day. It helped a lot that he greatly preferred not to kill anyone (although he wound up with associates who were trigger-happy later in his career). He also stole only from banks, not ordinary people, and did this during an era when most people would have associated banks mainly with foreclosing on poor farmers and depriving them of their homes and livelihood. In other words, banks were the bad guys (I guess times haven't changed a lot in THAT regard!). Folks saw him as a modern-day Robin Hood who robbed from the rich and . . . well, the important part is that someone was sticking it to the rich.

Edit: You know, if someone were to steal a big pile of cash from the Koch Brothers or Rupert Murdoch without hurting anyone, I'd have a hard time coming up with any outrage.

Nothing new here.  A quick peek at Billy the Kid's wiki page shows that he has been a character, and often the title character, in 21 films.  He also is the subject of 10 songs, a Broadway play, many poems and other sundry media.

Nor is Billy alone in this regard.  The very fact that in 2016 we can hear the names Bonnie and Clyde, Jessie James, or John Dillinger and not scratch our head and go "who?" is proof that they all got way more fame than there actions warranted.

So if people are immortalizing Gakirah Barnes, it is just part of a long traditions.

The irony of this article is how the author is, while decrying how outrage journalism has taken over movie reviews, makes his case through invective and hyperbole.  It's kind of sad.
