I admit that I last lived in Austin in 1986, so things have changed there, but ...
 
One of the pictures there mentions "Downtown lit up, while east of I-35 broad sections are dark"...
 
Back when I lived there, Austin was a pretty segregated place.  (They had just lost their last appeal to court-ordered desegregation busing when I arrived in 1978.)  To a considerable albeit declining extent, whites lived west of I-35.  Blacks lived east of I-35 and north of the river.  Hispanics lived east of I-35 and south of the river.  Downtown, of course, is west of I-35.
 
So when downtown is lit up and east of I-35 is blacked out in the winter storm, I see more going on than just patchy utility infrastructure.

For me right now?  Yes.

On AEW, the Inner Circle has one of the best 4th wall things so far to me. MJF is a snake and trying to take over, of course. So he does this stuff, which we see. The funny thing is, Jericho and the others will call him out on it and say, we all watch the show, we all saw what you did. Then MJF will look shocked like, what?
I just find it fun to actually have someone call out someone else with stuff they did ON CAMERA.

Hey! Leave snakes alone. They never did anything to deserve Ted Cruz.

For any normal family a dogsitter or housesitter would be my initial assumption. But this is Cruz we're talking about, and he never fails to prove me wrong when I think he must have some spark of human decency hidden away somewhere. I wouldn't rule out him deciding that the dog should pull itself up by its  leash and figure out a way to pay for its own care and feeding in the family's absence.

My father was a toxic, abusive asshole. Sucking down Limbaugh's hateful, bigoted rhetoric made him that much worse. So yeah, I'm gonna enjoy some Schadenfreude Pie here.
