Why not a draft where you cannot draft The Flash, Green Lantern, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aqua Man, Green Arrow and Martian Manhunter before round 4 or you have to have three members before you can draft the founders. 

We had a draft where we had thirty picks with two picks a day. I'm not saying just use DC characters for your league, but I dont see why not since that would increase sniping. Twenty five characters is a lot for us so something like ten might be a better set up
