Werehawk
Re: Superhero Images Here's what I was able to get done during lunch. I hope I'm putting the colors in the right place. I couldn't figure out where the maroon would go though. I LOVE THE FIRE EFFECT. This makes him look more dangerous than I envisioned. The maroon is mostly on his jacket and pouch on the belt. I originally wanted bronze on the metal parts but copper looks better. My compliments.
Werehawk
Re: Superhero Images Moonraker (Draft 1) Artist: Werehawk Colorist: Christopher Mullins Werehawk, I'm sure I don't have everything correct. What needs to be changed. Also, what is the date that you signed on this piece? I'm having difficulty reading it. The eyes on the mask are white and her forehead is gold. The green is much darker than what is shown. I used the latest version of Australia's Soccer uniforms as a referance. The signature is towards the bottom right corner parrallel to her ankle. It reads 1/27/

I was thinking about it last night, and I may try out a slightly different fire effect. I should be able to finish it up today at lunch barring any interuptions by those pesky users. RPMiller
Re: Superhero Images I believe that this is done now. I hope I got the copper in all the right places. I wasn't sure about the upper chest piece if that was part of the jacket or something else. I also "enhanced" the fire effect a bit more. RPMiller
Re: Superhero Images I didn't spend the time adding the shadows for him and deleting the shadows that his fire would have countered as I just wanted to see how it would look with a handdrawn character on a poser rendered background. I think the fact it turned out ok, shows me that the coloring style has improved somewhat. Oh, and for the record that background isn't mine. prodigyduck
Re: Superhero Images For those of you who liked Input Jacks' Gothic City Knights piece, I do have my art that I did for Goblyn in his older, modern-day costume. prodigyduck
Re: Superhero Images um... Requiem WAS the sidekick! He does not pick one up, as he knew what it was like living in another's shadow... Besides, he is too busy fighting crime and banging his extremely hot girlfriend to take on a sidekick. And, yes I did the art. The basic frame is a bodyform, but I designed the cotume and drew the head.

input.jack
Re: Superhero Images The Goblyn costume is what he wore from about age 12 to about age 22 (1983 to 1993). Requiem is his current identity, and is based loosely on Revenant's costume.

prodigyduck
Re: Superhero Images ................ I like purple. For example, here are some of my villains: Hourglass and Hurricane. Now, not everyone is purple, but I feel that it is a rarely-enough used color.
