I remember being freaked out when that album got popular. SCTV was an obscure show aired in the wee hours. I didn't know anyone besides me who watched it. Then suddenly random people are singing "coo-roo-coo-coo-coo-coo-coo-coooo!" in the school hallways. I loved SCTV's episode where Guy Caballero tries to cash in on Bob & Doug's popularity by giving them a variety special with Joyce DeWitt and Morgan Fairchild.
