Looks like a Cabbage Pathc Kid nose. I used to envy those dolls' noses for being so cute and stubby. I have a big ol' honker of a nose, ski bump and all. My first boyfriend used to tease me about it. I always found it odd to be teased about having a big nose by someone with an even bigger eggplant-in-the-middle-of-his-face. It's like being called "shorty" by a midget.
