Question, though: would you really run it as the point deficit it should be, or something more like "superpowers are available, but all powers have a 25 AP limit, and no power can cost more than 10 pts. We have to buy our liquor at the store. What my community does have that I left out out of my description however was the roadside cafe, the skating rink and the curling rink, all of which I could see from my window.
