Basil
Re: Name That Band Hero! OK, these are characters out of songs, not the titles. Hope that's OK. Hand-holder --- Serial killer, keeps the hands of his victims as "trophies. The Waltzer --- Mind Controlling gigilo, with a preference for bilking overweight women. His Mind Control is strengthened by skin-to-skin contact, which he likes to initiate by dancing, particularly waltzes. The Poisoner --- Mass murderer. Despite his name, he prefers to use diseases rather than poisons (though he'll use poison if appropriate). Breeds his diseases from city pigeons (notorially dirty, disease-ridden creatures). Has a few pigeons at "home," for experimental purposes. Sam --- Mentally defective arsonist, who keeps avoiding jail (and even arrest) due to his extensive list of Contacts. Basil
Re: Name That Band Hero! More, based on characters. Johnny --- Sound-based Images; prefers "Big Band Music" whenever he can get away with it. Mohammed --- Communications expert. Brother Billy --- Gun expert. Charlie --- Mind Control via drugs. The group is known as The EDYM ("Easily Disturbed Young Men).

lapsedgamer
Re: Name That Band Hero! Big Time: DC:TAS villain. Overweight quantum physicist who invents limited time travel devices that allow him to view and alter time up to 30 minutes or so into the future, or thirty seconds at a time. Limited precognition, entagle based on slowing people down, Teleport usable by and against others for speeding people up. Combat levels for precognitive fighting style. Sledgehammer: Enforcer with a suit of impact armor (like Ringworld). He is almost immune to physical attacks and the armor stores the kinetic force for enhanced striking power and superleaping. Intruder: Alien vigilante. Predator rip-off with a Batman skill set. Alien martial arts and weapons and an advanced enviroment suit with tracking equipment and shapeshifting camo built in. Not quite a villain, but alien minset is often at odds with CVK. Humdrum: A psychic with the ability to project crushing boredom, apathy, and debilitating depression into the minds of others. (Sounds like my supervisor, actually). Slowburn: Fire based blaster with the ability to set up delayed reaction blasts by controling the rate of combustion reactions. A lot of arae effect attacks. Low-level villain.
