Re: My Ferris Bueller Writeup.

Doesn't Seduction cover just plain getting along with others? Almost the only people he didn't get along with were those hunting him. I'm thinking Seduction 15- (so he failed his roll with the guy at the restaurant).

Cameron had usedful skills? Cause if you're just counting the car, he didn't have it any more by the end of the movie. I always liked the way that the camera did a slow zoom in on him after he had decided to take the wrap for the Porche getting totalled. I always imagined Ferris' voice adding, "We never saw Cameron again. We presume his father sank his body in one of the Great Lakes."

Re: My Ferris Bueller Writeup.

Yeah, I was just counting Camerons car as his useful resource, and, technically, the car that he lost was not his own, so he still might have it. He also had enough con-man skills to make a reasonable sidekick.

Hmmm, Jeanie as a rivalary. not a bad idea.

As for how to use Ferris in a campaign? He can be a handy friend or an annoying enemy. Offer him a nice car (or even one that just runs) and he'll probably do anything short of murder or hurting his friends. Useful if you don't have a good face man in your group.

On the other hand, Ferris has real authority issues. If a team member comes across as pushy or bossy, Ferris may take revenge in the form of practical jokes, public humilliation, etc. Not a leathal hunted, but certainly an irritating one.

Re: My Ferris Bueller Writeup.

Oh wow! This is so cool! I never would have thought to make up hero stats for Ferris Bueller!

In fact I was so inspired, I decided to try my hand at writing up stats for Ferris's arch-enemy, Ed Rooney!

Remember this is just a rough draft... any additions, suggestions or corrections are welcome!

I thought that the car was a Ferrari California GT.

This is just from memory (so I could be wrong) that when they first show the car they showed the rampant horse that is the Ferrari logo.

Re: My Ferris Bueller Writeup.

His extra PRE power would probably be better represented as the Reputation perk.

How a an 8- with Animal Handler (Canines)?

Yeah I agree, the Reputation perk would be more efficient.

As for Animal Handler (Canines) -- I was originally going to include this, actually. But if anything, Rooney proved how incompetent he is in this regard. The only way he could actually "handle" that guard dog was to knock him out!!

Or maybe he just failed his skill roll :)
