BoloOfEarth
I don't have any ideas for #350, but for 360 the theme should be circular / spherical.
death tribble
One of those affected by the curse but still alive is antiquarian Austin Grace. Or more properly Martin Sleve the hitman who killed Mr Grace and replaced him. Martin was given carte blanche to disrupt the expedition and cause accidents which maimed and killed as well as commit murders. Martin managed to maintain his cover and was also helped by genuine accidents that plagued the expedition. However once the tomb was found and penetrated Martin upped his game. He pushed the expedition's doctor into the embrace of a mummy in the tomb and watched in fascination as the poor man was dissolved. The nurse he chased into a booby trap which claimed her life. The professors were persuaded by the odious lawyer that it was an accident and that the doctor had been kidnapped by bandits. Some people were suspicious including the little oik that represented the government and Martin was planning to move against him when the journalist died. This freed him of suspicion but not the wrath of the curse which has made him subservient to the other cursed as Attendant. He must do what they say and aid them in any way that he can. That is 15. 5 more at most.
csyphrett
Don Cussler was caught up in the expedition as a naturalist. The curse changed him into a miniature lizard man that is poisonous to everything he touches. He calls himself the Poison Dart after the frog of that name. csyphrett
Adrian Krauser, world famous astronomer, joined the expedition to learn about the stars from that ancient pyramid in the middle of the jungle. The hope was to see if a new observatory could be put in place for better pictures from the ground, Hubble and other space based telescopes were doing a good job, but there was still need for ground observation. The curse wrapped around him and gave him knowledge of how the stars moved people under them. He became the astrologer to take advantage of the mystical effects the stars and planets have on the globe. CES death tribble
csyphrett
The tomb sits in a contested part of the jungle that is used by bandits and terrorists who hope to overthrow the government. One such freedom fighter/revolutionary/terrorist is Micheal Fernandez. Just as Omnivore targeted the tomb for robbery, he targeted it as a base camp for his movement. The curse struck and left him with the unusual ability of suffering pain for everyone he affected with his actions. This has forced him to act in the least hurtful way possible which has affected his plans against the government. death tribble
It was poor dumb luck that sent Carl Trump to the tomb. He did a lot of grunt work at the university and had a knack of handling the larger equipment without breaking it but was kept away from smaller things as he tended to break them. Unfortunately no-one else had the strength or the right papers t the right time so Carl go to go. Not that he wanted to go but it paid. The professors relied on him to do the simple menial things like setting up the tents or cutting paths through the jungle rather than anything else. Carl felt he was out of his depth with government people around, the high brow lawyer, the journalist and even the pilot and security people. And then people started getting hurt and dieing. Carl tried to take refuge in the tomb and the curse got him. Now Carl can fall apart and his body erupts in a lethal hail of shards but instead of being called Shrapnel he instead got called Breakage That is 19. The next person who posts a member gets to pick the new team which is No 350.
steriaca
The 20th victim of the curse is young Tommy Tenderson, the 10 year old brother of Jennifer Tenderson, a student working on the site. The curse killed Jennifer outright, and tramatise Tommy. Haunted by Jennifer's ghost inside his body, he can expell her ghost to move objects, scout by going through walls, and cause extreme pain in others. The others manipulate Tommy, now called Ruin, into criminal acts he doesn't quite understand in hopes of sending her sister's soul to rest. death tribble
steriaca
Team 350! Remember our first team? The technology theamed insect named guys? I don't remember their names, but it has been a few years since they were formed. New members join, old ones rename themselves, others quit, or spend so much time as guest of the state that they are no longer members of anything. Give us five members (using whatever method you wish).
steriaca
Opps... forget the insect theam. The name was Mainframe (and this the team is Mainframe 2.0).
steriaca
I'll start out with one extra member. Rebecca DePower is the great grandniece of Professor DePower, the power obsessed golden age criminal scientist. For her 18th birthday, her greatgrandfather gifted her a special suit of battle armor designed to scan the powers of anyone and duplicate them (as long as thoes powers are not magic, mental, body alterations, or any 'not a power' power). She chose the code name Emulator (which is a computer program designed to mimic physical hardware of another, lesser powered system), and eventually became a sometimes member of Mainframe when they need her powers, or another body when they are one man short because of a cold or prison time. death tribble
Here are the list of the original Mainframe members Mainframe (computers; 5) BoloOfEarth Scramble (interference field) Nuclear Fridge Reader (remote data access/alteration) csyphrett Modeler (fighter / analyze style) Utech Formatter (magnetic energy) BoloOfEarth Hacker (brick with axe) Cygnia
csyphrett
I'll lead off with a more physical member of this team. Emmit Eames has adopted the name Easter Egg for the new Mainframe team. His power makes him a walking arsenal and a wild card for infiltrations as he can "find" random weapons and special items in his environment. freakboy6117
B1t R0t Brian Marchire Is b1t R0t mainframe 2.0s infiltrator he has the ability to corrupt data in both organic and electronic systems with machines it manifests as electronic locks opening at a touch surveillance footage turning into so much distorted static filled trash and radio signals becoming unintelligibly garbled. On humans and animals it requires direct contact but causes disorientation dizziness and eventually unconsciousness with recent memory amnesia. Brian was a system security tester before gaining his powers he is well versed in social engineering as well as lockpicking and other security bypass techniques. He was also a big parkour and martial arts fan and uses both during operations he has developed a fighting style built around jujitsu and wing Chun that maximizes contact time for his power. He developed his powers after a freak accident in a lab who's security he was auditing. Brian's biggest fear weakness and motivation all stem from the same thing his power can't be switched off though he can control the power level somewhat he didn't realise this when he first got his powers and his fiancee and childhood sweetheart lost all memory of him and now is in a care home due to what the doctors consider extremely early onset altzheimers Brian hopes to use the spoils from his crimes to find a cure for both of them. Because of the side effects Brian is rude and standoff ish with the rest of the team he doesn't like to be touched and is fearful of crowds. steriaca
csyphrett
Darren Droves is the Driver. He's a body jacker that takes people over with eye contact. He has been known to throw his borrowed bodies into trouble to keep heroes busy while he escapes. He is prone to targeting mentalists since they can counteract his power. steriaca
Any chance that there might be some write-ups for Mainframe 2.0 in, say, Haymaker like there were for the original team? Remember...the old team is still around. The guys presented here are extra members used to fill in holes of the original team depending on what they need at the moment or to cover members they just can't free from jail at the time. death tribble
R.A.I.D. R.A.I.D. is a thief who specialises in stealing data which he can store in his brain a he has an extended form of eidetic memory. He is no good with images however. He will hit people as he is a bit of a thug but his gift can make him an asset. He is a bit of a martial artist but not a master as true villainous martial artists and hero martial artists are. freakboy6117
WYSIWYG Gary Bland was an unimpressive digital art student desperate to make it into the games industry but his work just didn't make the grade nor did his work ethic he would much rather play games than design them. Gary probably would have flunked out if he hadn't been struck by lightning while putting together a new gaming PC. The bolt passed through his body into his brain and unlocked some hidden potential. Gary gained a number of powers he can create illusions by drawing digital characters out of his armoured tablet he can also draw weapons and attacks for his own use finally he can summon a single powerful avatar from the tablet with all the powers and weaknesses from it's game. Unfortunately for Gary he only has the energy to do two of these at a time. Now he is WYSIWYG or what you see is what you get! As the teams heavy hitter but lacking discretion he mostly works as the distraction making a big scene to keep the cops and heroes distracted mixing illusions personal attacks and summoned creations swapping between them to keep his enemies confused. Gary treats the teams crimes like video games and doesn't really take the danger seriously it's probably only a matter of time before he learns otherwise probably painfully. He is a prankster using his powers to startle friends and foes alike again only a matter of time before he pushes it to far with someone who can't take a joke. That's 5 so next team MDG At various times the trap master international deathtrap builder to the criminal elite will host one of his famous MOST DANGEROUS GAME hunts capturing a super hero and allow selected hunters a chance to chase them down. This time they are hunting a teleporting super hero through a cave network. Pick the 6 hunters invited to this hunt.

I didn't write up Mainframe. I co-wrote (with help from the original posters) the Millennium Bugs, who had computer-heavy members but were a later theme team. That said, Mainframe and Mainframe 2.0 would be interesting to write up. However, right now I'm tied up with another project.

freakboy6117
Slaymore An up and commer in the world of super powered assassination. Slaymores power is the ability to cause any object he touches to release a tiny fraction of the energy contained within them he can do this at will up to an hour after contact. creating a very big boom. His preferred technique is ambush setting his energy mines for motorcades etc but he has been expanding his repertoire to include pick-putting the inverse of pick pocketing slipping small exploding objects onto a targets person and charging bullets for a really devastating sniper shot. His only limitation is that he can only keep focus on a maximum of 6 items at a time any more and he is completely unable to do anything else. SLAYMORE is a large and imposing figure figure over 6 feet and we'll built the right side of his face (and body if Visible is covered in shrapnel scars from earlier experiments with his power and he is missing two fingers from his right hand.(he always uses his right to charge objects just in case so he doesn't harm his left hand) ++ He wears a heavy armoured trench coat with pockets full of small mundane items he can toss down to act as mines or grenades. His mines glow softly with UV light so can be detected by the glow the generate on near by objects they also hum at a very high frequency near the peak of human hearing dogs and teenagers are more likely to detect it.
