Mirrorshade, can travel to other dimentions via mirrors. He can even teleport between them. He likes to break them. People think ne needs a whole mirror, but any shard will do, no mater how small it is. Also, he can telekineticly manipulate mirror shardsm, even from the mirror dimension. Oh, and he is left handed.

Hellcat

She is a attractive human female who can transform into a black cat.  Or is it a black cat who can transform into a woman?  Well, given that she seems to hate wearing much clothing, many think the latter  (come on, of course cats hate clothing, have you ever seen a dressed up cat that didnt want to claw your eyes out?).  SHe is the "seductress" of the group, and any man who falls for her human form is prey to having his luck slowly drained from him.  While her cat form seems to drain from anyone whose "current path" has been recently crossed by it.

Csyphrett did not give a number. So, do we dair go to 13?

Four-Six is the martial artist of the group, and is obsessed with the numbers four and six. His martial arts is a rair form of karate called the Four And Six Way.

The Six manuvers in this martial art is all about causing pain by hitting sensitive points of the opponents body. As you can imagine, this can do things much more powerfully than simply hitting nerve clusters (power simulation for OCV and DCV Drain, no range Mental Blast OCV vs DCV, amoung other attacks). The Four maneuvers are only used for killing by striking just the right area at the right way (finger in the brain, punching decapitation, fist through the chest, turn the head 180 degrees, ect).

(In case your wondering, both numbers are considered bad luck in aisan countries, because of the similarities to the words "pain" and "death". Especially in Japan.)

I had assumed that we had to.

The Bunny

A rabbit's foot is considered lucky. But have you ever considered what a rabbit or rabbit kind might do in revenge for taking a piece of their anatomy as a keepsake ? Wonder no more. The Bunny menaces those that are considered lucky and preys on them. He is only visible to them and uses a telekinetic field of repulsion that makes people clear out of his way without really knowing why. He looks nightmarish. A giant man sized rabbit with scary eyes and big teeth. He has come across various superpowered people who can see him and have thus made his life miserable. He joined the group and reluctantly helps menace those who are neither lucky or unlucky in order to help the group. It's what he does to pay the bills. He will not prey on those stricken with unluck. And has to be persuaded, often violently, to leave lucky supervillains alone.

This character should in no way be construed as being a parody of a certain poster o the hero forums  who we might not hear a lot of these days.

Bad Penny

always shows up wherever the Thirteen are.

every morning she finds a penny and all that day things go her way.

shes only been captured once and that resulted in her breaking the rest of the team and her self out of jail when mysteriously a penny fell out of a guards trouser cuff and rolled into her cell just after she woke up.

Penny truly believes her powers come from the penny and if it is take from her her powers are much weaker but she will still find a new penny the next morning no matter what she found an american  penny in  her breakfast croissant in Paris for example and once in a previously unexplored temple.

The agent known as Seven is the team's human weapon/spy. Maybe he has an insane amount of luck on his side like Bad Penny, and their powers overlap. Maybe he's the seventh son of a seventh son which gives him command of natural forces around him, maybe he has the skills and abilities of seven different people programmed in his head.

No one knows, and he tries to kill anyone trying to find out.

The very proper, well-dressed English gentleman Umbrella Man is a telekinetic able to shield fellow members of the Lucky 13 with his telekinetic "umbrellas".  He can also open a telekinetic umbrella over a foe, triggering a powerful downward force.

Private War

Private War wanted to start the fight against the enemy early so he killed several members of the embassy staff in Washington. That's the British embassy. After all that is who the Americans needed to be free of, isn't it ? He was executed but survived so they drafted him and he was sent into North Africa and then Italy to fight the Germans. He had some resistance to to damage and some enhanced strength but he was addicted to killing and wanted to kill anyone who was not an American. And maybe some Americans. He was reported killed in action during the battle of Monte Cassino.

An assassin assigned to the unit, William Peter Fergus acted at a distance as a sniper and scout. One of his bullets sometimes turned the mission from bad to good, stopped the team from being overran by the enemy, or simply accomplished the primary mission while the secondary was also going on.

Codenamed Long Ranger, Fergus was believed killed in an artillery strike on his position during a battle in Germany at the end of the war. No body was ever retrieved after the battle was over.

Black Death

A member of the Rangers who gained his powers during the North African campaign he also got delusions of his own invincibility and thus godhood. As a result he was assigned to the unit. Condescending towards his colleagues he finally snapped during Operation Market Garden. After the setbacks stranded the paratroopers he broke ranks with his colleagues and set off to get to Berlin before the Russians. And that was the last that was seen of him. However there was a confirmed report that a lone soldier was killed by being hit by a shell from a Panzer IV and then being run over by the tank. Several times.
