I think you might be right about Spider-Man's strength based on the Marvel Encyclopedia. He has strength to press 7 tons which makes him STR 35. When I Ultimate 250 him I'll lower his strength but give him a little HA to show his natural fighting ability.

 

This Power Girl doesn't have the red solar radiation weakness. I have Superman at my Ultimate 250 line with a max 60 STR.

They should have picked Beast Boy instead.

 

I mean, which would you rather have, an attractive woman who can grow to a giant or shrink (Wasp and Giant-Man in one package) or a green spoiled brat (a mini-me hulk).

There were strong parallels between the 70s version of the Doom Patrol and the new characters that showed up in the New Teen Titans.

 

Cyborg was analogous to Robotman.

Raven vaguely resembled Negative Woman.

Starfire was vaguely comparable to Celsius and/or Tempest. She had more in common with the latter.

Changeling had a slight resemblance to Beast Boy, apparently.

Yeah, but that was just the Doom Patrol. Not like they did anything important.

 

Except maybe leave Beast Boy alive to join the Titans.

That's like saying, The Defenders never did anything important over in Marvel land.... The Doom Patrol is epic. EPIC I say.

Does this work?

 

ES: RPT, IAF: JLA Communicator (-1/2) 7 Points

Teleport 1" Megascale [10000km] (+1 1/4), Safe Blind Teleport (+1/4), IAF: JLA Communicator (-1/2) 3 Points

I would put the teleport on the basis and give it UAA/UOO.

2x Megarange (once for the teleport range, another for aiming of that "attack").

Add a targetting sense with enough range. It could jsut be "Targetting, Only to Teleport" on the existing radio-system/sensor system.
