Lord Liaden
Another couple of Champions supers can shape-shift into feline humanoid forms. El Jaguar is a servant of the malevolent Aztec god Tezcatlipoca, who empowered him (both written up in Champions Villains Vol. 1); while Tiger-Man, a hero of Hong Kong, is a scion of the China-based Chunhu clan of therianthropes. (The Chunhu and Tiger-Man are briefly outlined in The Mystic World, while Tiger-Man is described in a little more detail in The Ultimate Mystic.) My aim was to try and assemble a squad of superhero/supervillain characters similar to the Thundercats. But this thread drifted off, so go with it. Over to you. I had a villain team of cat-themed supers, called The Pride... The Leopard, King Tiger, Leonin, Lioness, Golden Tiger, "Smiley" (short for smilodon)... and Killine. wcw43921

Anaximander
I think the Thundercats would apply. There would be Leo from any zodiac based villain team. There was a Jaguar with MLJ/!mpact Comics. Isn't there a villain called Snow Leopard?

st barbara
I found a couple of more obscure characters "The Blue Leopard" (an enemy of "Tiger Man" from Atlas comic)s and" Cat Girl" an enemy (and sometimes ally) of Archie's :The Jaguar".
