Re: Superplane/vehicle pictures (One stop shopping!) we've been tinkering with a concept on IRC I call GA-WIG which involves using contra-gravity to augment the WIG Effect this would allow for higher payloads and hopefully more maneuverability/speed I would think that the old soviet craft would handle like pigs at best, and theres not that much margin for error at that altitude

  7. here ya go, heres a rough draft idea the MG armarment and the flight speed/range/ceiling are based on the the P-40K Warhawk data taken from a Reprint of Janes WW2 Fighter Aircraft hard telling which warhawk variant its based on, so I used the most common one The actual plane could mount a centerline fuel tank which would add another hours flight endurance I am trying to figure out what Frankies plane is based on, or if its something custom, the Janes I have doesnt show anything that comes close.

First probably silly question, based on not being familiar with the vehicle in question, the ship doesnt have any way of surviving outside an atmosphere, though you call it an open topped space vehicle. 2. Defenses are ok for a scout/ Intel ship, but its really vulnerable. 3.

I realized I probably shouldnt have gone for maximum output as far as planetary data on these, but they do give an example of what kind of detail is available, with Heaven and Earth, which is freeware even. this was set for Megatraveller with the additional rules for generation from the Digest Group World Builders Handbook. it can also be set for a lot less detail, and has settings to use the GURPS Space/GURPS Traveller world building rules. H & E also produces planetary and system maps, but I didnt include with the posts to save bandwith, and I'm not quite sure they are in usable format

I use something closer to Traveller and GURPS Small Missile Bay: RKA 8d6, Explosion (+1/2), 250 Charges (Recovers Under Limited Circumstances; requies base or tender to reload; +1/2), MegaScale (1" = 10,000 km; +1 1/4), Can Be Scaled Down 1" = 1km (+1/4), Autofire (10 shots; +2) (660 Active Points); OIF Immobile (-1 1/2), Extra Time (1 Turn (Post-Segment 12), -1 1/4), Crew-Served ([3-4] people; -1/2), Limited Arc Of Fire (60 degrees; -1/2), Real Weapon (-1/4) This is my version of a 50 ton missile bay, the missiles are a HEAP Warhead instead of nukes. Re: The City State returns.... this is the 3rd or 4th edition IIRC, Judges Guild, then Mayfair, and now WW while most of the old Judges Guild stuff wasnt that great, the city state modules were pretty good. somewhere I still have my original copy of the JG version. some of the JG stuff has seen reprinting over the years Tegel Manor and Dark Tower I know
  25. Re: Prefab for Herbs and Poisons this is very true, a herbalist or healer could have quite an arsenal, a GM could allow some to be purchased as equiipment instead of magic items for that matter I willl start posting more herbs after I get a little more input, or in a couple of days probably.
